I have rented properties in inner city East Brisbane for over 30 years- some up to $900/ week, and I have never encountered such irrational unwarranted bullying behaviour since Rental Results were employed by the new owners mid-tenancy. Daphne has wasted the owner's money in many ways and caused nothing but stress to all involved.
I have rented luxury properties through Place Estate, Harcourts, Jeff Jones, Maryanne Birch and directly with property owners. I have always had a great relationship and full bond back - over 30 years.
NOT with Rental results.
They even wanted to issue a remedy breach for parking in the unused visitor park. They actually DID issue a remedy breach notice for some permanent sealant placed in the bathroom by the original builders. They do not do their research. Daphne reacts irrationally before consulting the owner and finding out the facts. Tenants (paying the investor's mortgage) and investors - STAY away.
