Generated with AI from 21 reviews on Trustburn · updated 6 days ago

Customers tend to praise Cheese Cellar's food quality and service, with several five-star reviewers describing it as the best place they have been to, highlighting high-quality products and friendly staff, and one loyal customer calling the jamon the very best in the UK. There is some mixed feedback in the middle, including a three-star review commenting on flexible shifts and a helpful manager named Bernet, though it sits alongside a note that the salary is not the best.
What does Cheese Cellar do?

Cheese Cellar sells speciality cheese, cured meats and store cupboard ingredients from small artisan producers around the world, with free delivery across mainland UK on orders over £50. This is the best place we've been to! So much high quality food and Deek is a really lovely guy who runs it. He even treated us to a pinacolada on our way out made with further goods from the store (one of which we didn't have and went back to get).
Somewhere we will definitely go back to!!

This is a good company, they are so flexible with the employees, especially if you have kids. Unfortunately some people are nasty. The salary is not the best one, but they give you the opportunity to choose your shift, which is good. One of the managers, his name, Bernet, he is great manager.

As per previous reviews, came across one of their drivers today around Clapham in SW london.
Horrific driving from this employee. Excessive speeding and braking.
Weaving in and out of traffic.
Tailgating.
Abuse to other road users.
This is a common occurrence with these drivers for Harvey & Brocklebank which is easily seen via other reviews.
Something needs to be done to stop this.

Your driver in BW16 OCH has just nearly rammed me off the road in Cornwall on the A30 at Hayle then seen them cut others up and speeding well above the speed limit. No consideration for others not acceptable in a large 3ton van that's sign written. Should be disciplined. Absolute idiot.
