I found this salon through Groupon, and I m so glad I did. Susan cut my hair, and she did a great job. I tend to avoid salons because my hair is extremely thick and can be difficult to manage, but I walked out of there with exactly what I asked for. She listened to my concerns about keeping my typical part and not losing more length than necessary for the fact that I haven t had a cut in a year. I would love to see Susan again for my hair.

Staff is absolutely wonderful here (including the front desk)! I love my appointments with Steph- she is great at what she does and is truly a kind soul! I wouldn t feel comfortable going to anyone else after having such great experiences with her.

The place is nice, clean and well kept. I was a little skeptical about the service when I walked in bc of the initial interaction with the front desk... kind of... uninviting... However, I believe the name of the woman who did my Brazilian Wax was CLARA. A-mazing! ....professional, warm, kind, and i loved the results. Hadn t had a wax in a while but she talked me through the whole thing. Superb.

I went to Ryan McCarthy NP to get filler melted out that was done previously by a different doctor. A couple weeks later I went back to get filler put in. Ryan is very knowledgeable, he explains everything & followed up with me more then once to see how I was doing. My lips look AMAZING!!! He s very talented at what he does.

Ryan was fantastic! I went to another NP/office for my first treatment and had severe bruising. I know it s common but I had no bruising, swelling or redness at all after Ryan treated me. I look forward to my next treatment at Rejuvn8.

Ive been going to Marie for at least 10 years. She always cuts my hair just the way I ask and it always feels like a really professional cut. The salon is clean and modern and everyone is very friendly. They also have a nice boutique there to browse through and a coffee shop!

I can t say enough good things about this place. I ve gone to Ryan for fillers 3 times and every single time he is professional, friendly, organized, and just overall considerate and accommodating. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly and so incredibly helpful. I ve gotten IPL and have a hair appointment scheduled for next week and every single appointment is the same. They reach out to you personally, they really care about giving you the perfect results, and they follow up and check in so much. I loved my massage guy but the last time I had a pedicure, my nail must have become infected. It is all rough on my big toe nail and appears to look like a possible fungus infection. I am not happy.

Clara makes you feel so comfortable and make sure you are satisfied with the service. Getting a Brazilian is always uncomfortable but she makes it so much easier. I would have not gotten it done if it wasn t for Clara. Very professional!

I ve used Cat for 4 years now I have always told her she is the only one I trust with my hair and where ever she goes I will go so she went to rejuvenate my wife brother and I all go there where she works and it s such a good place to go everyone is nice it s clean just a overall great place for people to go !!

After spending an hour plus on searching for a place to get a Brazilian done with my significant other (man + woman Brazilians), we happened upon Paparazzi after having scheduling conflicts or other spas that did not offer male Brazilians.

We explicitly asked for hard wax, as that is normal for Brazilian waxing, and furthermore, asked specifically for hard wax for my significant other to have her legs done as that is what she's accustomed to.

However, after traveling an hour to come out to Paparazzi (we are coming from the Utica area), and checking in early in the morning, we found that the waxer did not have hard wax prepared for her, despite explicitly asking for this a week in advance.

Both waxers were pleasant, and while my waxer did have hard wax for me, hers did not, despite our request in advance, and explaining to them that we had searched for other spas in the area, and many of them would not use hard wax on legs unless either paid more, or even double, so this was our deciding factor to come here based on the fact that they would use hard wax for both the Brazilian and legs.

She did not get her Brazilian done as she refuses to use soft wax for that, and did get her legs done. However, even that went poorly, as the waxer had missed patches on her leg, and when doing the stomach strip, made a mistake of going up too close to the naval.

In the end, while I had received my Brazilian, she did not, and that was the entire intention of doing this all in the same place at the same time. Not to mention, that it took them an hour and a half to do legs and a stomach strip (which normally would take 45 minutes to an hour). They did try to rectify the situation monetarily by discounting the cost by a marginal amount, however, that wasn't really enough to rectify the amount of headache this has caused in now needing to find another reliable spa that does male and female Brazilians.

Their reasoning for this miscommunication regarding the hard wax, was that their computer system caused the issue. Even though, seemingly it confirmed our appointment 3 separate times digitally, and a phone call. And yet, they still did not render the services as we had requested.

Great job to the ladies who did both of my daughters hair and makeup for jr prom. They looked beautiful.

I had Kate as a stylist, and she was AMAZING. Loved her positive attitude, and she killed my haircut. Can't wait to go back!

So far, I have had two Microneedle RF treatments with Ryan and he is absolutely amazing! He really takes the time to discuss what his clients are hoping to achieve, and offers honest recommendations without pressure. He is very detail oriented and doesn t rush his work. He even follows up with you a day or two later. How s that for service? I have gone to another business prior to this, but went to see Ryan after reading all of his wonderful reviews. I purchased a Groupon to get my lashes done with Byanna, and she was amazing! Firstly, the place itself is very nice and well kept. Secondly, I've had my lashes done for awhile now and this was the best job yet and I will definietly continue to get them filled here!

Edit: DON'T GO TO RACHEL!!!

Ive been going to Bryanna for a few months and she is still great, but I decided to get my hair done there as well and that was a huge mistake!! My appointment with Rachel was set up by the receptionist for 6pm. I wanted a cut and color. The cut was good, but the color was nothing short of atrocious. Around 730 (they close at 8) she started rushing and the top half of my head was full of big streaks. The color itself didnt even go to my roots!! It started more than an inch off my head in parts. When I got home I could see it all in better lighting and sent her pictures. She apologized and offered to fix it so I took her up on it. Even with more color and my suggesting slanted foils so it wasnt straight across my head, it was still awful! The "fixed" color in my bangs didnt go to my scalp either. The cherry on top was that it was $130 which is way more than most salons quoted me. Sure she was nice enough but I'm here to get my hair done, not destroyed. I'm going elsewhere to have it fixed now and I hope no one else ever has to go through that, especially for their first color ever. DONT GO TO RACHEL!!!

I have been going to the salon for years.. If I could give zero I would right now.. I frist went to Giovanni The owner it was hard with her schedule and my job so she recommended me to Marie.. I've been going to marie for years.. I moved to Florida 2 years ago.. Marie always told me When I come back home to visit my family I can still come there and get my hair done.. I told Marie most definitely every time I'm up from Florida I would be making an appointment in coming in.. I call today to make an appointment when I would be up there in August the ladies schedule it.. the lady called me back Tells me that Marie can not take me.. That I'm basically a new client she's not taking new clients anymore she don't have Room in her book For new clients.. I was very upset I said I'm not a new client I've been going to the salon for years.. I moved to Florida 2 years ago.. Marie told me anytime I'm back in New York come in and now all of a sudden I'm a new client She doesn't have Room in her book For new clients.. I said that's funny because she had August 1st a lot of open space .. I'm very dumbfounded because I've been going to the salon I can't even remember how many years that's how long I been going to the salon.. I guess Old clients that been going for years and if they move out of state They become new clients and they won't take you..smh wow This makes me sick just shows Marie don't care about her old clients Very bad business..

I had a wonderful experience here. I saw Ryan for a microneedling with radiofrequency treatment. He was very professional and helpful. He really took his time with my treatment as well with as going over the various options he could offer me. I ask a lot of questions, but he wasn t inpatient. I appreciated his honesty with me about what I could expect. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming.The spa is impeccable and beautiful, and I was treated in a very cozy, well-equipped, private room. Stephanie did such a beautiful job with adding natural volume to my lips. At first I was a little nervous about the volume due to the swelling, but 1ml was the perfect amount to make my lips more full. I m so happy with the results!

I got a massage here. To start, the massage, by Jessica was fantastic-5 star worthy!!

The location though- that s a different story. The massage area is located under a salon so you hear footsteps and other noises the whole time. There was also a loud ticking clock in the room . Neither of which are relaxing. The massage waiting area is in between the salon and nail salon , so anyone can just walk through the room as you sit there barely naked. Not relaxing! The door to the sauna looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day - gross! Lastly water is also very important and there was no water to access until after the massage and no shoes to wear after the sauna , I had to put my own shoes back on then off again for the massage. Just weird all around!! I do not suggest this place for massage.

Knowledgeable and always up to date on the latest and best treatments available. Everything is under one roof! Always professional and honest. I travel frequently, and they accommodate my schedule. Would not go anywhere else in town for any medispa treatments!!!
