Shame on you Jessica!!

My daughter and I were not notified by Jessica of her recently leaving her position permanently due to 2 appts scheduled over 2 weeks ago.

The positive side were the 2 wonderful individuals that stepped up to accommodate us. My angel I referred to as the Momma Boss.... And then there was another angel named Tammy. Merry Xmas and thank you so much. It was fun. See ya in 4 weeks. I love my new look...

I am so happy to have a very talented beautician in our neighborhood.
Her salon is clean, and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Her products are awesome.

Excellent salon with fun, professional stylists. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Rona is my stylist and she is so much fun! She works miracles with my hair every time and the price is always just right. The other stylists are great as well, I've worked with Julie and Stevie and they are a blast! I love all the services they provide (the waxing is the best I've ever had, by far) and they have some of the coolest products to buy. I send everyone I know to them (and reap the benefits of referrals!) and would trust them with any type of hair. Definitely the best salon I've ever used!

My wife and I have been going to Tammy for years. She has always done excellent work, is very conscientious, and is the nicest person. We would highly recommend her to everyone.

LOVE this salon. Nice full-service place. Hair, nails, massage, spray tan - the works! The staff is very friendly and the service is great. I get my hair cut/styled/colored, my nails done and massages there - every time a great job. I highly recommend this place!

Tammy is the BEST! I LOVE how she cuts my hair! When I'm ready for a cut, I send her shots of my favorite styles and we work together to find the best style for my hair/face. She goes out of her way to ensure I am satisfied with my hair.

Rona is so awesome!!! She has been doing my hair for years and I have never had a bad experience. Love her and her salon!!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as most of my bridesmaids.. Beautiful. Highly recommend!

Bought a Groupon and thought to give this place a try. It ended up being the worst experience I ever had. The stylist didn't have a smile, no greeting the whole time, and you could tell she was very stressed and had no interest in dealing with me. The deep conditioner part, she basically just washed my hair and used the conditioner from a big bottle and let me sit under the warmer for 10 mins. I think I could do a much better deep conditioning at home on my own. The cutting part, I told her I needed a trim and she ended up she just cutting 1/4 inch off the end of my hair without bothering to trim any layers. And finally, drying my hair. She couldn't find any round brush or the right tools to finish drying my hair. She just used her fingers, no styling and didn't even completely dry my hair. I looked at her work station, all she had is a small comb and a basic dryer. I am not sure if I could call her a hair stylist. What a big disappointment!!! No customer service and no skill at all! I thought Groupon was for helping businesses build a stronger customer base, not just to make some quick money!

Our bridal party of four was getting hair styles and airbrush makeup done. The bride was not happy with the Marilyn Monroe hairstyle done. The rest of our hairstyles we were happy with. Now the airbrushing makeup was morbid. We were pasty white, and looked as though we were decked out for a zombie funeral on Halloween. We were not asked if we had allergies, to products. So unacknowledged about makeup two of us reacted to latex. We had stinging when the product was applied and the person applying said it would go away. Well it went away, but later came back as bloodshot eyes, swelling, and severe irritation of the eyes. If we did not have an antihistamine medicine consequences could have been at an emergency status.

Tammy Froehle from Salon TEC just gave me the worst haircut that I've ever had my entire life. I asked for a few face framing layers and she layered my hair all the way to the back of my head. Now I have chunks of hair that are only two inches in length from my scalp. Before this nightmare haircut at Salon TEC I had long hair way past my shoulders. It will take me a minimum of a year before my hair will grow out enough to repair this damage.

On top of this horrific experience, I've found the staff from this particular hair salon to be cold and not very friendly.

Stevie does a great job working with my schedule and cutting my hair the way I want. Parking and access is easy. This is a great place to go for a regular haircut.

Rona is the best hair stylist i have ever had. I have long curly hair and have had a few horror stories of people not cutting it correctly. I've been going to Rona for a year now (and she did my wedding hair) and every time my hair looks amazing!

I've been going to Salon TEC ever since they opened. Stevie has been my stylist for over 15 years and always does a great job. All of the stylists are professional and willing to work with you to give you the look you want.

My bridesmaids and I went to Salon Tec to get our hair done for my wedding. Three of us got our make up done there as well. I love love loved my hair! I brought in a picture of the style I wanted to my hair trial a month before the wedding and Rona walked me through the things she would do to make sure my hair stayed looking great all day. Our appointments were at 10a and the wedding was at night but my hair and make up still looked amazing by the end of the night! I loved the way my hair and make up looked in my wedding photos! One of the other stylists was flexible when one of my bridesmaids was late and still did her hair despite the time crunch.

i got my hair dyed here and it has random strips of bleach blonde in my black hair and overall just looks horrible and was very expensive. i also heard multiple employees saying inappropriate words.

I would highly recommend Salon Tec to any guy or gal. It is a fun environment and they do a great job. FYI I usually get an appt a week ahead of time with Stevie she is amazing.

Awesome salon! Friendly and extremely talented staff. Rona (the owner) is a ninja with hair color! As a photographer, I have worked with many of the stylists on weddings, commercial and fashion shoots. All of the stylists are extremely skilled--no matter what look you are trying to achieve!
