I can always count on Michael at Redmond Computers. I have a retail store in a small town 60 miles from Redmond and that doesn't seem to matter. Its really nice to be able to count on Redmond Computer (Michael) even though we are far away. Thank you.

Such a great experience here. I called last minute needing a disc drive and they managed to get one installed for me same day so I could get homework done that was due the following day. Fast and friendly service and I will not hesitate to go back in the future.

I brought Mike a failed power supply that was custom built for an Aegis 3. He was able to find a PSU similar in size and Watt, found or created an adapter for the 24 to 10pin connector, which helped determine that the MB had also failed and needed replaced. All in all a great experience.

If there was one word to say about Michael and Red...

If there was one word to say about Michael and Redmond Computer it would be "FANTASTIC". The support from him and his company are very upscale. Very easy to get hold of, don't make you feel computer stupid, and so VERY VERY helpful. I would and do recommend him and his team very highly.
