This is a nice gift store. It has a lot of great cards, balloons and small gifts for adults and children. The staff is very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend if you need a last minute gift or card for an occasion. The only thing I wish they carried more wrapping paper, bags, and tissue.
They got me waiting a long time in their line to pay. One guy was blowing balloons and the other one getting calls. None of them seemed to notice me there waiting. Besides, it is overpriced, I won't go there again.
Everything inside the store is so interesting for the kids and it's not just a balloon store there's toys, books, puzzles, games, science kits for kids. It's overall an amazing store.
Red Balloon is always very helpful and friendly. I had to purchase items for a last minute birthday party. They had everything I needed. They went to the back and searched for things that they couldn't find on display... They even gave me a free balloon! Very welcomed and unexpected.
