This train store is the best around, all employees are really nice. If you ask them a question they answer it unlike arnies where there just want your money.
Isaiah is awesome when it comes to dcc installation and lights much better than kevin at arnies, I would not take any trains for repair to arnies. There clueless and not helpful. All of my dcc installs have been awesome from Isaiah and is very knowledgeable in dcc. I think he is best around in United States Keep up the awesome work Isaiah. Jeff the owner is awesome individual and goes the extra mile for you and is very knowledgeable when it comes to trains.he makes me feel comfortable in his store. He wife Leticia is very nice and makes feel like I am family member and easy to talk with. Dave is great and easy to talk with and if he does not know the answer he will tell you and get back to you with answer.
Arnies needs to spend a day at railmaster as they Have no clue in what customer service is. My money will be spent at railmaster

I went to rail master hobbies looking for a plastic gear for my 5 year old son's toy story train, they did not have my part but they were so friendly and helpful in helping me on how to repair my broken gear and how to do it even though I did not purchase anything. I will be returning to their store because that's the service I have been looking for. Bottom line is they are helpful and friendly even though I didn't purchase anything so when I do I will be getting the same service. Thank you rail master hobbies..

Despite advertising Z-scale, the selection was pitifully limited. No track. The staff couldn't be bothered to ask if they could help me. They were all talking with regulars

Staff isn't very helpful. Just like most train shops if your not part of the old white man club they really don't help you.
