Went here to buy a ceiling fan and they do have a good selection to choose from, they have almost all of them installed at the showroom they said those fans didn't have power to be demoed, so basically you can see how the fan looks when assembled but you don't know how different they are in pushing air (you can't compare the fans in terms of it's real world performance), the staff is okay but definitely not very good at convincing someone to make a purchase especially if they just came to have a look a round and not to buy a product straight out like I did.

I too purchased a KDK ceiling fan about 2 years ago and after the 1st year the blades started corroding. Bought the more expensive model but it is also making funny noises on and off for the past few months. Stops for a while May be 2 weeks but starts again. Very disappointed. Need to replace the fan but May be not with KDK. Not the old KDK fans.
Kdk products that we trusted for generations have now been found to be of poor quality. I purchased more than 10 ceiling fans for my home, almost all fan blades are now seen like pictured, worried about the decision now.
However upon management Of KDK s response to my review, I visited their head office and met a manager, I was asked to bring the blades to replace. Thanks Elite radio team for identifying the issue and taking an action which shows their willingness to retain customers for future.
