Jimmy Choo

My wife and I went to the New Bond store, to buy my wife some new shoes for her birthday. We were served by a wonderful Russian woman, who was extremely helpful. Great experience !

My wife loved it , great service and a free cocktail being served upstairs, i just handed the credit card over.

Came there 2nd time and second time very little interest for helping the customer.
Very upsetting.

Expensive shop but didn't offer any drinks which is not very good and also slow service. In an sale less shoe collections. Not very good variety in an sale.

As we stepped up to the door, the doorman put his hand on the handle before making a huge fuss of looking at his watch about three times, he eventually opened the door, no hello, just the store closes in 12 minutes . We d barely got in the door.
Unbelievable when spending that much money!
I told him If you re going to be like that I ll go and buy my third pair of Jimmy s in Harrod s.
No apology, Harrods and Selfridges have much better customer service.

Awful experience. Didn t even get acknowledged when we went to buy my friends wedding shoes. If it wasn t for the fact she loved a particular shoe we would have left. We were ignored for over 25mins..total joke!

Collected an item I brought online, would have been nice to be offered some refreshments while waiting as it took a while. Also would have been nice to be greeted by the sales team instead of security.

Had to come here a few times with the wife luckily not cost me that much
Staff are as to be expected in a high end retailer (tad stuck up)

Was an issue with the shoes we bought but store were really helpful in sorting the issue.

Beautiful store, attentive staff & very good sales!! Not stuck up at all, (as stated on previous reviews) the staff were amazing & even though I had a problem with a bag I'd bought from another store, they happily dealt with the issues! Simply awesome!

Found a pair of boots online that I fell in love with but they were out of stock on the website. Called the Jimmy Choo New Bond Street store and spoke to Michael. He was so helpful and sorted the order out due for delivery in a couple of days. His customer service was outstanding and he made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn t fault the service.

Nice shop in an excellent location. Very helpful service and unique buying opportunity for luxury items that have both the quality and brand recognition. After sales service is also good.

I see that we weren t the only ones... we were inside the shop for more than 20 minutes walking around, I even asked about done shoes and being honest we were totally ignored! Shame because I really wanted to buy shoes over there, but that is not the only shop in uk so well, you ve lost client and not one only... my friends were planning to visit your shop too but not anymore...

A top designer shoe shop is only as good as the people they employ to sell and promote their products. The staff at this store were both professional and friendly

Just coming from there and had a terrible experience. I knew exactly what I wanted but staff didn't even acknowledge my presence. There were also other customers who seemed to just be waiting around. When I complained on my way out, I was told "thank you" but there was no apology or attempt to make amends. The shoes are lovely but for that price, they should come with at least a minimum level of service. Will not visit that store again.

All, I was just at this store two weeks ago, visiting from New Jersey. My experience was awesome with Karen Sze Wai. I brought a great pair of Jimmy Choo elegant flats (KAITENCE). Karen also followed up with a great email.

The clerk service is kind and suitable for gifting female partners.

Took a bag in for repair which took considerably longer than originally intended however the attentiveness of the staff and level of customer service received at this store was nothing short of superb.... many other 'so called' luxury brands could really learn a thing or two from Jimmy Choo

Love this shop and could not wait to try on some new trainers. Staff are always so helpful and not snooty as they could be in this part of London. one happy customer again.

Great store, staff are good when they get to you, helpful staff. I reserved a pair of shoes low in stock and when i collected the wrong ones were waiting!

Great service! The staff is friendly and helped me try on many different styles patiently! There is a bridal suite in the shop which is great for made-to-order bridal shoes!
