If you want a smoking room you better get a reservation. I stay atleast once a month and never do they have a smoking room available. Platinum member and can't even get a smoking room. Won't come here again. Might even change hotel chains bc this is ridiculous

I got a great deal on a room here thru Priceline. Showering is a must with their shampoo and conditioner, magnificent, front desk clerk was rude when I needed coffee and a replacement coffee maker. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfy!!!

Stopped here after a 12 hour drive and needed somewhere to rest. It was just what I was hoping for out of a budget hotel. Located not far off I-55 freeway, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast (waffles, biscuits and gravy, ham and eggs, etc) was a nice bonus. I'd stay here again.

The room is clean with smart lay out, so there is no noise from outside. The bed is softer than other hotel's, the bedsheets is silky and smooth. Location is very convenient, close by highway, restaurants, airport. Overall we are glad to stay in this hotel.

The room I received was essentially immaculate. The staff are pretty friendly and very helpful, especially the early morning staff. The hot breakfast they serve is hearty and satisfying. Quite frankly, when I come to Jackson, MS on my business trips I always look forward to checking in here.
