I would give a zero if I could. I waited 2 weeks for results and NEVER GOT THEM. Unbelievable that COVID testing through RiteAid has this scam company involved. There is no way to talk to a human, of course.

Go to CVS or get rapid testing done. Rite aid is useless in terms of helping. So is project baseline and own health. 6 days, still waiting on results. My friend got tested the same day as me and got their results back. Every time I email them, they ask me for an order number despite never having one. Because I don t have one, they ve yet to respond to me on my progress.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.. my 12yr old daughter has covid and I am high risk so I went to rite aid for a pcr. needed my results as quick as possible because because I'm considered high risk so myself and my son went on a Sunday and still no results, but my husband went on Monday and he got his results on time.. I'm so annoyed.. plus side he's negative

Absolute scam. Will not release your results with any degree of efficiency and have deliberately made a system where you can't talk to anybody to find out when you'll get them. If you are traveling and you WANT to miss your flight because PWNHealth are playing patty cake instead of sending your results, I would highly reccomend this sorry excuse for a company.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! they state it will take 1-3 days for Results, I m now on day 7 SEVEN!!! And still no results. I recommend going to CVS or even taking and at home test, mail it in and probably get results much faster. Worst customer service.

I tested positive for Covid on Sept 22. I just received a letter from them dated Sept 28. Today is Nov. 4. I could have died if I waited for them to respond. Don't test thru them!

Before you get COVID PCR testing, make sure they are not using PWNHealth for processing the results. I was tested on Saturday AM at Rite Aid in Stroudsburg, PA, and the process was relatively quick and painless. However, I am still waiting on test results 5+ days later. My wife and I have been tested multiple times in the past at other sites, and results have been available in 1 or 2 days. We have been stuck in quarantine limbo for way too long. The only communication I received was a single e-mail after 5 days saying my results are still "in process".

I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually test results are available within 24 hours, but they took 3 days to give me my results. It was already past the time I needed my results. Don't bother getting a test here, you will not get it back in time if you have an event. On top of the obscenely slow pace, there is no other way to view my results besides downloading an app. Worst testing experience ever. I will just stick to the free testing sites provided by the government.

Still have not received Covid results. Emailed four times without a live response. Get tested elsewhere.

Partner received rapid covid testing through Walgreens around 3pm on a Thursday due to needing results by Friday for an event. It is Tuesday at 7pm and his results still have not been given to him causing him to not be allowed into his event. Disappointing.
