This is the place to take your computer! We have used TechWarriors twice, with Mac and Windows. They were able to do what both Apple and Best Buy told me they couldn't do.

Both big companies said I would have to ship my hard drive off and pay anywhere from $1000 to $2000 to retrieve my data. In a last ditch attempt, I went to Psinergy where my roommate had gone the year before when she spilled water all over her laptop. Andre was so knowledgeable and helpful, and managed to back up my data (which I had been told by "the big guys" wasn't possible) all while saving me *hundreds* of dollars. I cannot thank this place enough.

Your first instinct may be to take your computer to a big name company, but their employees most certainly do not have the experience and expertise possessed by the people at Psinergy, nor the personal touch or care that made going there so remarkable. Get your computer there now! You'll be thankful you did.
