I application process with Prospa was very efficient and the support fro their team was appreciated.

very poor service, we had to keep chasing them up for a answer, so slow in doing anything, and we have excellent credit rating with good assets and have multiple businesses and was looking for a company that could help us to grow more, but in the end we just gave up and are looking else where now.

After some initial hiccups with first loan officer I spoke with , I wasn't very impressed with my experience however I must give kudos when it's due and it's rare when a company exceeds your expectations. Thank you to Nick for all of his efforts, he worked very hard turning a bad experience into a very good one. You don't see that too often in business these days and it was appreciated, thanks.

Seem very expensive....20% on money borrowed for a year....all on top of a forensic examination of bank statements....apparently tax returns or deposits not good enough.

I really didn't know what to expect when I contacted Prospa having come across them via a suggested link on my facebook page. I must say though I have been pleasantly surprised. I dealt with Matthew Crawshaw and would give him a 10/10 for all areas - customer service, attention to detail, phone manner and knowledge of his product. One of the most unprofessional and dishonest service so far in my life.

These guys do not deserve a single star if you ask me.

They lure you into their service promising 0.99% interest and then after all checks offer 42% interest rate for my excellent credit ratings. The contract document is also full of misleading information and they keep justifying as correct. Kept saying no fees and then put a $3000 origination fee.

Everything is full of lies and dishonest practice. Stay away and be safe!

Harraj (Harry) and team were simply HOPELESS to say the least. Having done a lot of financing over several decades and believing their clever marketing that they may be a good company to work with, I felt there is a large discrepancy between their sales pitch and reality. In essence they have no idea what they are doing and I would strongly recommend that you take a wide berth from Prospa. They also tried on some irresponsible lending practices that should ring alarm bells to ALL Prospa customers. Try any of the others and you will get an infinitely better service and result. Very rarely post negative comments however felt compelled too this time.

I have received financial help from Prospa as of 2018. They have told me what to expect and how best the company can assist. This time I needed extra funds and they came through so quickly and explain terms easily. Good job Prospa.

2 days later i have had 3 calls from other lenders that i havent contacted so i should also warn you that they then palm off your details too other lenders

Prospa are a fantastic firm to work with! They are prompt and efficient. They also show an interest in their customers and their customers businesses. I have felt a part of the family dealing with prospa and it has given me the capital to make my business grow! I cant reccommend them highly enough!!

I would definitely not go with Prospa for any loan. You will be 100% better taken care of with a major bank. Prospa sneakily sold my debt off to a collection agency and never told me about it. They did this whilst my account was in hardship - I was undergoing a serious operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. They haven't been supportive at all and even after the loan has been paid in full they continue to cause me undue stress due to their gross negligence.

Absolutely love dealing with Prospa, the whole process would have to be by far the easiest and stress free way of getting a business loan. I will always continue to use their great services long into the future!

This company doesn't support startup company and new business idea. You have to have an existing company of two or three years and turn over $5000-$10000 minimum monthly with collateral or they won't help you

Absolute Fraud. We work with some of the worlds leading companies, and after applying with Prospa they simply stole our financial Info. Put us through the 3rd degree. And the disappeared into the Blue. This is why the Labor Gvt is calling for a royal commission into these types of Crims. Be careful before sending them your business data.

Bank Level Security is an Oxymoron. Everyone knows how bent Banks are in this country. My suggestion would be when you take a businesses data, and then clearly perform advanced calculations on an individuals finances. Don t have your staff just say, we re not proceeding. And then slither off like serpents with zero valid justification. Our business deserves better than being victims of commercial data theft. We are going to broaden our coverage of our experience with your service and ensure people are informed until we are treated as equals in society.
