I really didn't know what to expect when I contacted Prospa having come across them via a suggested link on my facebook page. I must say though I have been pleasantly surprised. I dealt with Matthew Crawshaw and would give him a 10/10 for all areas - customer service, attention to detail, phone manner and knowledge of his product. The whole process was extremely streamlined, professional and painless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prospa or use them again should I have the need.
