i attended interview for xamarin and they gave me system test. After that there was no response from their HR. She was specifying about holding the original certificate even its a permanent employment and 2 years it was not bond.

I think the interviews are just format. If the candidates relation with HR or other office guys they were more useful. The attend the interviewers are commonly as Sasi. This is true.
