I can not get ANY help horrible... frustrating trying to operate my business I even talked to someone and promise me help... I called here three times and today makes 4th time.... Understand they are busy but 4 days with out a response and then a phone after I called a threaten I am foing to another company. Then they called my assistant and never set up the installation that I waited 4 days for call for....We had to call again only to be delayed once more!!!!!!! Now I need my data because I am definitely leaving them and waiting all day for a call FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am the broker at Fiduciary Real Estate Services, we have been BEGGING for a return call to fix an issue in which PropertyBoss does not credit our tenants with rent they have paid. No one answers the phone!!!! Promises for a return call remain unmet. Not surprisingly, you will receive a return call if you ask for the SALES Department. But once they have you and are collecting your money monthly, you have to beg for a return call. I am disgusted that there is no accountability. It is severally affecting our business and not a sole answers telephone calls or emails to service for weeks.
1 star. It had been 4-5 when we were actively using the software. Beware, EVERY "great" tool comes at a cost. Our company sold and we continued to use the software for the owner's personal accounts. It was already paid for (handsomely) and was useful. Unfortunately, I attempted to create a new database (to start fresh with just the owner's accounts). PropertyBoss allowed me to begin but then decided to freeze up. I've been repeatedly told that my only option is to pay a nearly $300 fee for a years support. What a dirty trick! the software should never have let me attempt to create a database if it weren't an option! Now it's stuck mid-creation. Can't access the old database and can't access a new one. Ridiculous.

I've worked with several different types of property management software systems and they all have their issues; some more than others. Propertyboss is by FAR the easiest to use and its incredibly streamline. The customer service was always top-notch! Compared to others I've worked with, it's THE best!!
