This review is for Chef Rick Paniagua. Rick provided a wonderful experience for seven of us in our home. The five course meals were amazing. He started us out with a Rainbow beet cous cous salad, followed by Winter Squash soup, with sun dried tomato garlic crisp smoked red pepper drizzle. Next was Basil Pesto Gnocchi pasta, with heirloom cherry tomato, shaved manchego, and herb de provence chicken. We were already full, but had to keep eating because his main entree was Malbec braised Short-Rib, Truffle sweet potato, toasted spinach, and lemon goat cheese drizzle! Who could say no! Had to keep room for dessert which was a decadent chocolate tart. Rick entertained us the entire evening with his stories about working with the 2016 World Series Champs Chicago Cubs, and all his personal chef exploits for celebrities around the globe. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone for a special occasion in their home! He's professional, reliable and has spoiled me from cooking at any future dinner parties!

Chef Eddie and his team were phenomenal. When some planned travel was cancelled, we decided to bring the Caribbean to my parent's backyard. Anyone who travels knows that the food makes up so much of the experience. Chef Eddie and his team ensured that our group was immersed in the Caribbean culture as we enjoyed everything from beautifully crafted cocktails, lite bites, an incredible dinner spread, and of course, delightful desserts. The best part of it all is that we didn't have to lift a finger! Chef Eddie and his team took care of EVERYTHING! The food and drinks were amazing and the service was unmatched. We will definitely book Elite Personal Chefs again.

Chef Austin and Chef Alyssa did a wonderful job with my corporate event - cocktail reception and shareholder dinner. They planned and executed everything from top to bottom. They are professionals in every sense of the word. And the food was amazing!!

Hosting a milestone birthday dinner at a nice restaurant was not in the cards for us during COVID. To be able to experience the talent and taste of a renowned chef in my backyard was AMAZING! From the menu, to the creativity of the dishes, to the personal service, we couldn't be happier. At first we thought it was an event of a lifetime because it was so special and customized but the more my friends and I talked about it, the more we realized we should do this more often. You get the privacy and safety of home and the exclusivity and experience of a top notch restaurant -- all for the price of a nice meal out. I highly, highly recommend!

Chef Alyssa from Elite Personal Chefs was fantastic. I was planning a surprise birthday weekend for my wife in Chicago and Chef Alyssa worked with me and our dietary restrictions to make us delicious meals for that weekend that both adults and children loved. The experience was great and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Chef Austin and Carolanne were amazing at my mom s surprise party. Not only was the food fantastic but their energy lit up the room and made our night so memorable. Being able to have a delicious meal without having to leave your home was so convenient especially during a pandemic. Austin and Carolanne were so accommodating and kind, they really left a great impact. Thank you so much for an amazing evening! I am definitely a customer for life.

Due to Covid-19, our Alinea reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday was cancelled. I thought we'd try to bring the fine dining experience home to us instead. I found EPC on Yelp and they did not disappoint. Within minutes of making contact, the admin team had reached out to talk through what I was after and connected me to Conner and Alyssa. They took our ideas and brought to life an incredible menu.
When the evening arrived, they came to our home, prepared unbelievable food and walked us through every choice they made. The food was perfectly paired to the wine and the experience of having Michelin Star level food in the comfort of our home was very special. Thank you to the whole team and especially to Conner and Alyssa!

We had Chef Austin Yancey and EPC at our home for my mom s 70th and again at her 73rd birthday. Both evenings were magnificent and memorable occasions. In addition to the food and dessert being absolutely amazing, the overall service and professionalism was unparalleled. I highly recommend EPC for any occasion!

Austin, Lee and Carol Anne were the most wonderful, accommodating, delightful trio we could have ever imagined on our wedding day. Chef Austin was easy to work with leading up to our big day - customizing our menu and sourcing nice looking plastic trays to meet our no-glass-poolside-party needs. The food itself was spectacular and well timed while the entire party had a blast learning tips from Austin, watching Carol concoct delicious cocktails, and laughing with Lee. We recommend Elite Personal Chefs to any and all looking for an intimate, enchanting magical evening with rave reviews from party guests for months to follow.

I cannot say enough good things about EPCs! Not only was the food incredible, but the entire team went above and beyond and provided an experience that we will never forget!

We hired EPC for a large family dinner. French was the cuisine we landed on and EPC came up with the entire menu. We learned, ate, drank and laughed all night long. We ate excellent food that introduced us to new dishes that I would typically not have ordered on my own. The night is something we will all remember for a long time. We look forward to having Austin and his team back again and again.

I have worked with several of the chefs at tradeshows. Not only was the food and presentation top notch, but they were all extremely knowledgeable about my brand. I was extremely impressed on how engaging they were with potential customers. Top notch.

I used Elite Personal Chefs (EPC) a recent wedding event I hosted. Planning an event from out of state has its own restrictions but as soon as I found EPC and Chef Carolanne I was at ease. From the planning process, she was responsive and really wonderful to work with to determine the perfect menu and budget and continued the right amount of communication and coordination leading up to my event.

The event itself was a hit, mostly due to amazing services from Chef Carolanne and our EPC bartender Klaus, they were extremely professional but also very relaxed and fun and went above and beyond to deliver a 5-star experience. The drinks and food were extremely high quality and all the guests were extremely pleased with the quality of ingredients and menu items. I cannot recommend using EPC enough, you will not be disappointed.

Carolanne and Austin created an experience that will be with us forever. We felt like we were chefs in a French kitchen. Great food, fun and lots of laughter as we enjoyed each others company from our Zoom kitchens!

To add a little twist to our current quarantined lifestyle, we attended a Virtual Dinner Party with EPC with Chef Carolanne and Chef Austin. It was awesome! We had such a wonderful time learning how to cook and even some of the science behind it. Our children enjoyed it as well and my 11-year thought it was interesting to learn about the 5 spices of cooking. Both Chefs were encouraging as well as very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to improvise when our kitchen supplies and equipment wasn t exactly as needed. We all learned a lot about cooking and enjoyed meeting new people from around the eastern US. Definitely, an experience we will do again!

Had a wonderful meal from Chef Ricardo for our Date night. The chef created a great Italian 3 Course meal that my wife absolutely loved. Great communication prior to the event as well. I would definitely recommend again

I went to a dinner party last weekend and Chef Rick put together a killer dinner and made us awesome cocktails. The first bites, main, and dessert had no dairy and everything tasted phenomenal. A few of the courses had seafood and it was some the best I've had. Chef Rick also had some great stories. I highly recommend EPC for your next dinner party.

Such a fun and unique experience! Chef Austin goes above and beyond just cooking a meal. He breaks down the science of cooking in a meaningful and interesting way to make you really appreciate how to create delicious dishes. If you re looking for an interactive evening filled with delicious food and great company, this is it!

Amazing meal prepared in the comforts of my kitchen for a party of 6. Elegant but relaxed. Services was perfect and Chef Rick is great.

Had a great experience last week (4/27/20). Chef Austin and Chef Melanie led our class with great experience, techniques and humor as well as answering literally dozens of questions during the entire evening. The menu choices were delicious and preparation of the dishes were easy to follow. This was an excellent way to expand your cooking skills and I am really excited for the next class! Ricardo and his sous chef Kevin were amazing. Planning was easy, they were super communicative and flexible. On the night they cooked for our party they were punctual, pleasant, and professional. The food was OUTSTANDING and their service and clean up was similarly great. Really made for a super special and memorable night. We will definitely use them again 100%.
