Mai Plumbing has been my go to plumber for a long time. Extremely trustworthy and does a great job. They provide a great service and I always know that the job was done right. Highly recommend.

Great work, fixed the problem quickly, and even took care of a couple of extra jobs while they were at it. Reasonable price for all work they did.

Moses and Jonathan arrived on time and did a great job installing a toilet as well as unclogging a drain in another area of the house.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

Once again, staff, response time, service all great! Finally, a company I feel I can trust and receive reliable repairs. Would certainly use again.

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with "integrity." I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called.

Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing.

Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

Mai Plumbing's employee stole my fine jewelry while working for Mai at my home. Mai admits this. Mai will not pay for the cost of replacement. MAI IS NOT BONDED. Mai failed to drug test and hired or retained a drug addict as a plumber's assistant. Then the plumber left him alone in my bedroom. The drug addict stole my fine jewelry. This was unknown to me for a few weeks. When it was discovered, Mai was contacted and it was learned the assistant the day after working at my home robbed two other customers. He was caught red handed. Mai never contacted me at that time to let me know to check my belongings (even to be sure the guy had not stole our spare house keys). As a result, to date despite working with Dallas PD, I have been advised there is virtually no hope for recovery of my items. The value was $20,000.00 roughly. On November 29, 2018 Mai informed me that it would not reimburse me for my loss, it had prayed about it and the Lord would not find them at fault (yes for real). I was told had to file a lawsuit if I wanted to recover because of its employee's theft. Mai admits its employee stole but refuses to replace the items taken.

We paid Mai to rob us.

I ve had a different experience than most with this company...
The short version without a lot of details is
1. Made a mess of the vapor barrier and ripped one section of the plastic

2. Karl quoted $1400 for an eight hour job at most. he said he likes to over estimate just in case but it probably wouldn t be that much. They worked about five hours and charged me the full $1400...Karl conveniently doesn t remember saying what he did to me

3. I trusted them when they said just aluminum sheeting would be a barrier and totally acceptable for the giant hole they cut behind my dishwasher and sink area...it has resulted in nothing but aluminum sheeting between my pipes and the outside air also resulting in enormous amounts of outside air coming in.

4. Don t let Jermey and whatever new guy they have work on your stuff

5. They seemed to have loosened up all the fittings under the sink when they came out to clean up the mess they made

6. I don t trust the work they did on the drain so additional money will have to be spent on an actual reliable and honest plumber

Jeremy & Matthew helped repair one of my busted pipes after the storm. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job! They even went around and checked every faucet in my house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Love this company to the moon and back. They are extremely fair and HIGHLY knowledgeable. If you are wondering who to call fear no more. Give Mai plumbing a call. You won't regret it. From start to finish these guys are fantastic AND HONEST!!!

I had a pipe burst and Karl was here in 10 minutes! Capped it off, helped soak up the water and will be back this week to fix the leak permanently. Once again, great service!!

I have used Clayton and his crews for the past 10 years to do all kinds of plumbing jobs for me, both residential and commercial. I have always found them to be very prompt, fair and professional.

the work was done well. Karl the owner is rude. I stated the guy charged for longer than he was there and Karl said my guy wouldn't do that. Would use someone else next time.

I have used Mai Plumbing for over 30 years. Slab Leak, Hot Water Heater(s), Gas Leak....They have always been prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
