Seen a nice sofa but see how you get it home. For everything extra costs, delivery, with elevator to 1st floor, etc. So bench but not bought. Oh you could also move it yourself with a car from Pronto. Unfortunately.

3 employees approached to buy a bank of 2000 but they literally said "I am busy". Then bought a bank from the neighbors;)

Ordered a sofa from Pronto Wonen on 20 June 2020 and the seller told us that it had a delivery time of 9 weeks. Ultimately we waited 16 weeks without Pronto informing us about this even once. When unpacking, we discover a crack in the upholstery. Reported this immediately, whereby the order administration indicates that we must submit a service request to look for a solution together. After an assessment by Pronto Wonen, we are told that the costs of the repair will be mapped out for us, in other words that we may pay for damage that we have not caused. So after a delivery time that is longer than promised, poor service in the form of communication, and not even talking about the absurdly bad compensation for the late delivery, we can therefore pay for the damage to the bank that was not caused by us. We expected a better service at the company Pronto Wonen and therefore think that they are very short. Not a positive word to say about this company.

Nice store, very nice stuff, exactly our taste, We have a corner sofa, coffee table 5 dining chairs and div nice accessoires bought. Only the exchange of a dining room chair that you just bought 2 weeks ago is not possible unfortunately.The stitching was loose of the armrest but have the self recovered.No sense to wait there maybe weeks.Beetje pity.

Nice store, a bit dark. And a pity that you have to go up, if you follow the walking route. Staff helpful. And pick up goods at a different location on an industrial site. If you order something big, a bank for example, and it is in, you can borrow a bus from the pick-up location. Ideal.

Nice, beautiful shop. Linda helped very well. While enjoying a cup of coffee, everything was thoroughly discussed and discussed. Very happy with my new corner sofa, coffee table and TV furniture . Was immediately available and everything was delivered at home within a week by two very friendly guys. Packages were neatly placed inside.
Soon I will have a look in the store to see if I might also buy the dining table from the same series.

Bank van 2,5 jaar oud waar de stof stuk van gaat. Service erbij gekocht voor 5 jaar. Alles bij elkaar 1650 betaald en na 2,5 jaar een bank waarvan de stof steeds verder gaat scheuren.... ECHT TE SLECHT!!! KOOP HIER NOOIT IETS!!!!

Unwise disappointed in the service of Pronto Breda. After much consideration, we finally decided to purchase a corner sofa. Our biggest main goal? A bank with a short delivery time. Again nobody came to help us, only when we asked for this. A lady with a face who spoke volumes: her day was clearly almost over. We deliberately went for a variant without any fuss, no custom legs, weird colors or crazy fabrics. Just the setup in the store with, as a double check, indeed a fast delivery time. After drawing (read: the signature was just dry), the monkey quickly got up: there is always +2 weeks extra delivery time as cover for Pronto and the supplier. Something that the lady in question decided to name only after purchase, but which we apparently had agreed to by signing. We left the business as a farmer with a toothache. To then receive a phone call that the delivery time will be even longer. This is because we (on the recommendation of the saleswoman) opted for foam foam pillow, but with that also the right to 'urgent delivery' expired. Something Mrs decided not to mention. We came for a bank with a short delivery time, but in the end we could as well have ordered a whole custom bank and have it on the same day. Pronto, listen to your customers and anticipate this. And come in any case with service-oriented solutions instead of sending your customer from the box to the wall. We will never buy from Pronto again;)

Worthless service .. About 1600 eu transferred a week ago for a couch that you have to assemble yourself. A delivery appointment would be made and not yet heard from Pronto and their delivery service that also costs 80 eu. Not even a payment confirmation!
