Ordered a sofa from Pronto Wonen on 20 June 2020 and the seller told us that it had a delivery time of 9 weeks. Ultimately we waited 16 weeks without Pronto informing us about this even once. When unpacking, we discover a crack in the upholstery. Reported this immediately, whereby the order administration indicates that we must submit a service request to look for a solution together. After an assessment by Pronto Wonen, we are told that the costs of the repair will be mapped out for us, in other words that we may pay for damage that we have not caused. So after a delivery time that is longer than promised, poor service in the form of communication, and not even talking about the absurdly bad compensation for the late delivery, we can therefore pay for the damage to the bank that was not caused by us. We expected a better service at the company Pronto Wonen and therefore think that they are very short. Not a positive word to say about this company.
