Happy to charge a late or missed appointment fee of $65 to a child patient of over a year (who has always paid on time) due to unforseen ilness which is out of parents control. Puerly because 48hr notice was not given instead only 24hrs was. Not compassionate and understanding. Plus the psycologist is only available one day per week and goodness forbid you wish to alter an appointment time you can never reschedule for months... waste of time and money! Look for another more compassionate clinic!!!!
