Unwise disappointed in the service of Pronto Breda. After much consideration, we finally decided to purchase a corner sofa. Our biggest main goal? A bank with a short delivery time. Again nobody came to help us, only when we asked for this. A lady with a face who spoke volumes: her day was clearly almost over. We deliberately went for a variant without any fuss, no custom legs, weird colors or crazy fabrics. Just the setup in the store with, as a double check, indeed a fast delivery time. After drawing (read: the signature was just dry), the monkey quickly got up: there is always +2 weeks extra delivery time as cover for Pronto and the supplier. Something that the lady in question decided to name only after purchase, but which we apparently had agreed to by signing. We left the business as a farmer with a toothache. To then receive a phone call that the delivery time will be even longer. This is because we (on the recommendation of the saleswoman) opted for foam foam pillow, but with that also the right to 'urgent delivery' expired. Something Mrs decided not to mention. We came for a bank with a short delivery time, but in the end we could as well have ordered a whole custom bank and have it on the same day. Pronto, listen to your customers and anticipate this. And come in any case with service-oriented solutions instead of sending your customer from the box to the wall. We will never buy from Pronto again;)
