They, "Professional Placement Services" dials a wrong number then very "unProfessional", Very Rude.

Horrible! I called to make a payment and told him how much and rudely says back to me Visa payment for (full amount) I m like no I said this amount. He begin to tell me how old my account was and that I needed to use my taxes to pay for it. I explained to him I have not work in over a year and he didn t care and kept asking about my taxes. I said sir can I please just make my payment? I made my payment and he proceeds to tell me he will call me on Friday for the next payment.

Had a hospital bill go directly to collections after I did not receive a bill. They call me in September of 2019 and I ask these guys to just bill me every month. Nothing comes in the mail. Then, mid-2020 the collection comes off of my credit report. Wonderful, right? All of a sudden, after checking my credit report yesterday, they pop right back up without warning like bad acne. You would think that they would at least send SOMETHING in the mail or try calling.

Put debt on credit report but won't answer phone to take my payment. It appears they just want to hurt my financial future but don't want to let me resolve the issue. Terrible company and bad service....

They've recently contacted me to tell me I've had a medical bill which I hadn't received ended up in collections. When I asked for information that I could use to verify the debt with the original clinic the caller became hostile and I was told that it wasn't their responsibility to provide me with that information and to just google it.
Now, I know no one enjoys receiving a collections call, but my point of contact with the company was particularly unpleasant.

Not sure what this company represents but the CSR stated his business name and started asking for my birthday. I asked why and he said he will tell me once I tell him my birthday. I asked if they are a debt collector for health care, as usually all of my hospital bills go directly to collection agencies since around 5 years ago. I think this is normal nowadays for most people. I asked if this is debt collection if they sent me a bill in the mail. He said yes. I asked if he could send another bill because I didnt receive it. I told him my address to send it to and asked smugly, "you will give me your address but not your birthday?" I then went into blast mode. Who the hell do you think you are? Have some respect for you clients, would be clients, or whoever you are trying to scam. State what your business is before demanding my personal information.

The agent I spoke to had no customer service skills and was very rude. I have been in the customer service industry for 22 yrs and during those 22 yrs had a big part in training and QA. This agent needs to be coached on how to speak to customers.

Rude rude rude! I realize you deal with upset people but the attitudes from this place are ridiculous.

I wish there was a lower rating.

I'm almost certain this is a scam. The phone call started with beeps and then yhe man calling kept trying to get me to say "yes" and when I wouldn't, he got upset. Do NOT give them your money and do NOT say yes, they can record your voice and use it.

Scam.

Unprofessional and rude. The guy answered the phone, and I couldn't even understand what he said. I had to confirm I even dialed the right number, and then he was irritated that he had to repeat himself clearly. I dislike that anyone at this facility has access to my information.

Tbhey don t pay good at all I hated this job left me at 9.00 since 2016 n they just let me go march 2019

I was trying do a payment plan and the guy on the phone told me that isnt them business if I got something to eat. And he was super aggressive, and start getting more aggressive if I ask something to be sure how I'm gonna close this problem. It's like if they try dont give to us answers then they can come back in the future and tell to the people that we didnt do the payment In the right way and we got pay again. But I'm recording the call's.

This place is a scam. They do NOT change there phone numbers when the people that DO owe a collection debt (so they say) loose or change their phone number! They keep Robo calling the same number, but a new person has it! I, and many others believe any Robo call is a scam!!!! I do NOT owe any one anything!!!
