I bought jeans here and found out about 2 days later that they were defective, with the same issue affecting the seams of both legs. I brought the jeans in to return them and was told they would be in touch with me once the return went through since they had to get a credit from the manufacturer, so that was annoying. They also informed me that they could only issue a credit to the store, so no refund would be possible. While I realize why they have this policy, this is such a customer-unfriendly policy. I had to return to the store several times just to get a new pair of jeans that I already paid for.
I would encourage North Shore to revisit this policy because as of now I am very unlikely to shop there again.
On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they do follow very rigid policies.
I realize that this was likely a one-off issue, but damn I feel like my money was held for ransom after buying a pair of jeans that was defective...
EDIT: I changed this to one star because the replacement jeans also tore a seem after barely 4 months. Like this stuff is overpriced and low quality, I will never be returning.

Stopped in here after being recommended by a friend. Left with a couple shirts, the clothes are great quality but what really stood out was the store manager Alisha. She was friendly, attentive but not in your face, she even made some clothing recommendations which was fantastic. In a world filled with lacking customer service and people who just don't care, Alisha and Northshore definitely left a lasting mark. 100% will be back on the service alone. Thanks guys!
Great little place to look for clothing. The staff are friendly and are not pushy even if you mention you are just browsing.
They always are happy to help you find what you are looking for and will give you their full attention. You don't have to ask for help here, they are offering it the moment you walk in. Cute stuff and great quality, all of my favorites are from here!
