Very nice and big mall. Well maintained, neat and clean. Air conditioning can be improved, but its not a big deal. Variety of brands available. Ample parking space in the underground parking available as well. Food court is very big, neat and clean.

It's large and descent mall in Navi Mumbai. It is near to seawoods station. It is overcrowded on Sunday evening.

It's somewhat like the Phoenix Market city. Cool, neat nice place. Like any international mall... It has all the brands and the best part is ...there is footfall but it doesn't get suffocatingly crowded. Or maybe we went on a working day that's why. It has all the facilities expected of a world-class mall.

Ultimately it's L&T creation. Superb infrastructure. having international std.

I never seen a mall connected to railway station. Really a good experience for shopping

Well after Phenix mall of lower parel this mall has the best interiors according to me. Its quite huge and the station connectivity is the best part and all sorts of pricing snacks are available. The only thing mall lacks in is a smoking zone.

Some good eatery outlets like Northern Tadka, Bhagat Tarachand, KFC are available which provides delicious food in reasonable price. Perfectly built. Brilliantly managed. Entrance is right below the seawoods station. Plethora of brands showrooms inside. Washrooms are clean. Parking space is available. Amenities that you can expect are all available. Food court though can be a little more diverse

This place has everything dude, except for an adult playground. Have that and this place is heaven on Earth. No cinema halls!!! Cinema hls are disgusting

New, spacious and good brands. But a big let down is the options available in the food court even though it has a much better seating arrangement. No Taco Bell

Seaweed mall has always been a good place to go. But few recent developments has taken it to a completely different level....the new part opened has a gaming zone which kids as well as adults can enjoy totally...lots of new food zones coming up to satiate the foodies

It's an awesome mall, very beautiful and spacious too.
There is almost every brand,it's great for shopping even the food court is so so spacious and you could find seats easily to sit and enjoy your meal.

Beautiful well constructed mall big infrastructure and lots of shops great ambiance with an underground parking facility. It's worth visiting atleast once in a month.

A very big mall with great ambience having all the branded show rooms. Directly connected with the local railway station hence good for visitors.

Strategically located to seawood station. Strong brand presence, spacious food court, good option for drinks and dine with lounge, gaming zone should have been more spacious, waiting for a multiplex to open here.

Thought would be a good place. But turned out to be that same concept of malls, negative points for no theatre...

Good Mall to Hang out and Shop. It had all the brands. Only thing missing is Cineplex. Location also makes its ideal.

Amazing place. A wide variety of stores from fashion to grocery to restaurants. Amazing setup near to nerul station and built above seawoods station so there is no issue of connectivity. Crowded during weekends but that is the thing with malls and we indians. Overall amazing interiors and some exclusive stores and collections.

Big infrastructure.. right now no any classic and big mall in navi Mumbai so for that purpose we can say that very good mall for full of all needs...

its cooling system is awesome
variety of shops are there with variety of products
there are total 3 floors
an underground floor where there is bigbazar
station is connected to the mall
there is no theatre and its the only drawback

What I love the most is relentless efforts taken towards attaining and maintaining cleanliness.
Despite having such huge cafeteria adorn with almost all major food chain franchises, it does not smell bad or of stale food odours.

Seawood grand central is integrated Mall with shopping centre, Railway station and corporate offices. Located in Railway Station complex which make convenient to reach also saves travel time.
For vehicle users Mall is having very systematic and large parking slot.
Not crowded because of its size.
Big and of almost every brands exclusive store is here like FBB, Raymond, Jockey, Being Human etc ( from jewellery to supermarket everything under one roof).
Lot of food options are available.
Multiplex still not operational.
Complete work is in process but Mall is fully Operational with all basic facilities.
So enjoy your visit like big deal big brands

Nicely built.. I love the interior and exterior both... Few brands have multiple stores in that mall... It is huge but I think it is somewhat in size with infinity mall Malad... Food court has a different name 'Eat at the Roof Garden'
