It's not a genuine company. First they sell policy making false commitments and after that if you cancel policy they will not refund. I am constantly following policybazaar for refund but they are not giving any update on refund. I am badly stuck with these fraudsters.

This company not help in if policy was not correct, i am suffring from My Car policy NCB by mistake 50% so but car eligible for 20-25% this company not help in correct NCB Hdfc Ergo also very poor response in insurance so every I suggested not to take any policy from policy bazaar My Car No is DL6CR5499.

Cant give less than 1 star. The on call sales people on call promised and agreed that cumulative bonus will be as per old company renewal notice, however when policy came it was not so, After complaining they say we are sorry our executive gave wrong correspondence.
Please buy from insurance company directly. My complaint will be further escalated to IRDA as well to bar policybazaar for wrong customer information.

They Cheat on their customers by charging extra money when you are about to make the payment. They will show the insurance amount to be less when you are just checking the insurance. But when you make the payment the amount goes at least 1500-2000 higher. And later they are not ready to help you. Customer support people give you false information and they have no idea about what they are doing.

I am working here. Never got working atmosphere like policybazaar. I don't say about everyone but 99.99% people love working here. That's y most of the times you will see that people are completing 5 years, 4 years, 3 years. It shows that how great it is.

Bad Service, do not buy anything from policy bazar. Very bad experience i have faced.

Place is much better and policy bazaar company is also good but they are so many times to taking 4 round of Introview.

Never go to opt policy from policy bazaar, never attend your call and always saying our representative will call you shortly........

Worst customer service as no one picks call even after continuously calling

I purchased a term plan from policybazaar and was in a little trouble regarding the same. But the team is so nice they helped me a lot. After sales service is good.

Pathetic Services - They will keep calling until you make a purchase of Policy. In case of any problem after purchase, keep calling them but they will never respond. Keep on giving excuses of Technical Problem in services.

Getting at least 20 calls a day from call centres of various banks since I made an online score check 1 week ago. Very unprofessional practice and no regard for privacy of customer data

The company should be ashamed of making a commercial where a woman says that their daughter could not be sent abroad for studies as her departed husband did not take term insurance. Does that mean that the woman had planned that her husband would die and she would get term insurance money and then their daughter will go abroad ??? Isn't that shameful on the part of the company to make such a commercial which treats a man like a door mat??? Can they show such commercial for a woman ??? SHAMEFUL

They quoted a certain amount for car insurance policy renewal and I paid immediately. They said policy would be issued by day end. When policy didn't come in about a week, i followed up on their helpline. After that they said they needed about R. 700 more because of some rule change. This is a collusion between insurance company and this portal.

Complete frauds and harassive behaviour. Can't drive my car because of their malpractise.

Great experience working here, sometime i feels that Policybazaar owns Sector 44 cause they posses 4/5 buildings in this single sector.
Easy to communicate & if you aren t a localities then Huda city centre is the metro station where you can find a metro towards your place.

it is easy to take policy from here but in case of cancellation or refund the response is pathetic...their automated systems are also pathetic which does not work at all.

These guys will call every day once they have your info. Moreover they are a fraud company and go to any extent to misuse your information. They called me and said "I am calling from ICICI" to get my policy details so that they could get their commission.

Great plans: Plans which are available at the website is quite unique and affordable. I just browse the website and got a great plan of health insurance for my family.

Wrong commitment on call before suggesting health insurance...stuck for one month to get the refund..no coordination between insurer and ploicy Bazar executives... No option available to get the relationship manager after taking the policy..every time you land up to the new executive and you have to explain the full problem from starting..

Wrong instructions made me to initiate non no cost emi hence paying additional charges every month. it s been 2-months there is no proper response from policybazaar. THIS IS TOO WORST AND I'M NOT GOING TO DO RENEW AGIAN WITH POLICYBAZAAR

We all know that Policy bazar site is so popular and can see lot of policies there but when you start process to take any policy from paying money to filling form then you find a big trouble that you invited. Lot of conditions in your forms that you can't use this special characters and all. You asked hundreds of questions which is so difficult to any working guy.

Policy Bazaar is an great Insurance company in India to buy online insurance.

i was doing a two wheeler policy at the payment time payment was unsuccessful by policy bazaar but payment was deducted from my bank A/C.
And when i'm calling to costumer care they told me that payment was unsuccessfull from us. you have to contact to bank????

now tell me what to do now???

Don't deal with this company. They lose the sense of talking and get down to abusive language if you talk to them once and don't buy insurance. They will chase you like hell, call you from multiple nos to hide their identities.

Pathetic service. V. Slow process. Better you book policy directly from the insurer website, they will issue the policy same day. Policy bazar takes 48 to 72 hours to issue a policy.

Unnecessarily making a call and sending sms, just doing data mining. The moment you visit their website, anyhow they will force you to give ur no, once u give that then within few seconds you recieve call even if you dont want..

I would suggest everyone to get their policies direct from the insurances companies don't rely on these mediators

I bought 2 policies - term insurance and medical insurance - the CSR made mistakes in both & I lost Rs 6000 due to their mistakes.
Their customer service is pathetic. I raised a ticket no 36148 on Jan 3rd, and it is unresolved till date.

Best place to buy an insurance especially if u are planning fr health insurance then definitely buy frm there bcz they provide a lots f best services fr their clients.

Don't buy any car insurance policy from them it was a nightmare for me they will call you again and again for selling the policy but when a claim comes there is no separate section for claims on website and of you call customer care they will not pickup the phone.

My car claim was of only 13k and work is also not much but they took over 1 month and still the car not released from service station and funny part is its ready but can't take that because of policybazaar's pethetic service.
Please try to buy the policy direct from the insurance company you will never regret.

Good services: I am really happy with the services of the policybazaar. I got a great coverage with less premium amount and would recommend to my people who are planning to take insurance.

Thats the least rating option I have got here else I would have gave them minus 10 stars for their services. This company is fraud and just the mediator who makes money by selling policies. They don't even about after sale services. I have bought a car policy through them unfortunately got an accident thereafter filed for claim tried calling here many times but no assistance or even a call back from them I never got from them. And just because I have purchased policy from them I was not able to get in contact with the company properly because it was issued from Delhi branch and I was sitting in M.P. and finally my claim has been closed by insurance company without any settlement and when I called back at Policy Bazaar regarding this again they have nothing to help me out in this. They are really cheaters frauds who just sale you policies very easily and once you get in their trap they make your life hell. They are responsible of my total loss of 90k money and who knows that they would be getting some extra money from insurance companies to misguide the people in this way. I will never recommend any one to use there service and definitely will go to consumer court for this if possible.

Very bad experience. Not getting any support for the claim of my car insurance policy purchased from policy bazaar. I am still chasing them, writing so many email to their spotclaim email id and talked to ANJALI in the claim department but there is absolutely no response.

Worst people. No professionalism at all. In the beginning they will behave good as they want you purchase a policy. Later when I was purchasing a policy my transaction was failed but the amount was deducted. I am waiting since many days but no refund. They will say there role is finished, you now need to contact the insurance provider. Your life would just be stuck between there sales and service team and the insurance provider. Worst ever experience. Luckily for them, google doesn't provide any negative rating.
