Wrong commitment on call before suggesting health ...

Wrong commitment on call before suggesting health insurance...stuck for one month to get the refund..no coordination between insurer and ploicy Bazar executives... No option available to get the relationship manager after taking the policy..every time you land up to the new executive and you have to explain the full problem from starting..

Very poor service suggestion for managmnet try to get control on insurer and you customer..
