Don't buy any car insurance policy from them it was a nightmare for me they will call you again and again for selling the policy but when a claim comes there is no separate section for claims on website and of you call customer care they will not pickup the phone. My car claim was of only 13k and work is also not much but they took over 1 month and still the car not released from service station and funny part is its ready but can't take that because of policybazaar's pethetic service. Please try to buy the policy direct from the insurance company you will never regret.
