We made reservations for 05/22 at 9:15pm. When we arrived the hostess did not great us as they usually do. She asked if we had reservations and we answered with name and number of guest (Terrell +3). She asked us a second time appearing skeptical about us actually having reservations.. We were finally seated. Our server greeted us and brought us water 25 minutes after being seated. He then got distracted with customers he appeared to know personally based of how he greeted them. 30 min later we had to ask our server if there was any bread for the table . At the same time the table next to us (Seemingly Friends) had been served drinks, bread, and their entree. When our server finally brought our bread, we quickly placed our order. Our food arrived at 10:30pm and it was lukewarm/cold as if it had been sitting for a while. The plates weren t hot at all and I then asked the gentlemen who dropped of our plate to call the supervisor/manager over. When the supervisor/manager arrived he did not greed us or asked us how could he assist us instead he just stood there. We attempted to explain how horrible the service had been since we arrived but all he heard us say was our food was cold and took back our plates.
Our plates were returned after being taken for 10 minutes the food was the same but the plate was hot. At this point we were doing our best to make the best out of our horrible experience. No one checked back on us, not the supervisor, not our waiter. I could understand if it was a busy night but it was not! We saw our waiter at the end when he handed us the check. My friends and I are extremely disappointed with this Resturant s lack of service. The least we would have expected from the manager or whomever to come back to our table and check-in but NOPE! It seemed like everyone avoided us the rest of the night. There were no apologies or an adjustment on our check! NOTHING! Save your money and go somewhere else with better service

This was my last restaurant meal before the LA outdoor dining shutdown and it was ok but not memorable. Food was good, not great. Still trying to figure out why the gluten-free spaghetti was broken/cut in half. The waiter checked with the chef who said that's what happens "with the heat". It hasn't been hot in LA for a while, which means they likely have had it for months and don't store it properly. No need to come back.

We arrived initially to celebrate a work accomplishment and chose piccolo paradiso. While eating the carbonara pasta we ordered, there was a piece of metal brush from the dish cleaner inside the pasta and there was only little pasta left. Normally i wouldn t make it a fuss. HOWEVER EHEN THE MANAGER CAME BY THE TABLE HE SAID: this happens once or twice a year and this kind of things happen. When they wash the pot it might get stuck in the screw, and it does happen. Took a while for him to offer that single pasta for compensation. But that s not what I was looking for. The professionalism for such high rank restaurants should be taken more seriously. THIS is the most basic general restaurant policy, along with professional attitude. After this recommend not coming here after all. I have been to too many Italian restaurants in LA; look elsewhere for a better experience, quality and service.

What a fantastic restaurant! The mood, the Italian accent among the wait staff, the wine and the dessert...they were all magnificent! I highly recommend the prosciutto and burrata appetizer! The burrata was as expected on the outside, but really soft and flavorful on the inside! The prosciutto was perfect! No fatty parts - just the good stuff! Two nights in a row I asked for a wine recommendation, different wines each night, both were fantastic! The carbonara pasta dish was good, but I have had better. The steak tartare was good, but again I've had better. The texture was a little off in my opinion. Yet I still highly recommend this restaurant. The dessert both nights was wonderful! The chocolate gelato is amazing! So was the chocolate soffritto! I suggest you check it out!!

Piccolo Paradiso is the old school Italian place you are always looking for. A wide variety of dishes with the freshest ingredients. So much more than a red sauce place. Intriguing large salads with simple and light dressings. Fresh pasta, veal, sausage it s all here and all authentic.

I had a very bad experience in this restaurant. The menu was very vague yet the food was horrible. The service was bad and it was everything bad but not paradise . If you feel you got an extra money to spend even don t go there if the food was for free I would think I might eat it to this point. Spending over 30 bucks is not worth this restaurant at all. Sorry but you gotta fix your food I thought the restaurant is good but unfortunately it wasn t that great experience.
