The staff is really nice. Two starts because the animals look very sad. I was looking forward to experience this for the first time thinking the animals were in the ocean but in reality they are in captivity.
The trainer explained to us the dolphin can live up to 50 years with human care and less in the open ocean, well I don't think anyone would prefer to live 50 years in an enclosure than to be free and die when in her/his own time.
The dolphin we had was tired, didn't want to cooperate during the tricks it was forced to do. You can see it in its eyes.
The walrus has to force a gesture that looks like a smile and people were taking pictures.
I know it's your resource of income and the staff looks really good in the way they treating the animals but nobody has the right to take them and commercialize with them. Animals belong to nature.

This is in the Dominican Republic. We went swimming with the dolphins, that part was fabulous. We have tons of photos that they took. So much fun. They have you feed some birds first which didn't interest me and then we had to sit through a sea lion show all before the dolphins. But the dolphins we're amazing.

4 stars for the experience until the photos rip off. All in all the tour is about 2.5h. for funtastic tour: starts with a picture with some big parrots and after thqt changing into swim suits and storing your belongings. You get a key and a life vest. Then you go for some pictures with a nice sea lion and then you go in the water near the shore for pictures with a big sting ray. After that you go in another pool for meeting the dolphin. We were around 14 persons and one dolphin. Here every thing was ok making lots of pictures and prepare to stay in the water for about 30 min.the dolphin will make several tricks and it's nice. After that you could go snorkeling with some sharks and that's all the water experience. after you return on the shore you will witness a good ripoff. They ask 15$ per picture for the sea lion/parrots and no less than 39$ per picture on Dolphins side. They give you an discount like for 3 persons digital pictures 150$. That's a lot!!! After 1h waiting to negotiate the pictures with everyone you go in a some bird house in which you should feed the parrots. Not a single bird wanted to come to be fed so that attraction was done in 10 min :). After that there is a sea lion show which is funny at takes about 15 min. Long story short is value for the money for the tour ticketS but because this picture experience created a bad sentiment of someone that is trying to foo/cheat me.

They take pictures of you in few places and have you stand in line for it. They separate swimmers from watchers so far that you cannot see your children's reactions/excitement, can't even hear... This is so that you don't take photos or that you all simply pay the $100-150 fee person just for being close. The photos they take are not that awesome as you would expect and at the end those pics cost $100-200. I only bought one photo which was ok, $39. Just too commercial!!!

They very conveniently let you know after you pay the entrance fee that you're not allowed to take your own photos, but it's not mentioned beforehand or posted where you buy the tickets. Cost for the experience for two people is over $300, quoted price of the photos for two people is $210. The first time I learned that I wasn't allowed to take photos was about 50 yards into the park after I paid. To top it all off, they ripped me off on the exchange rate even though I was paying in Dominican Pesos. If you still decide to go, don't accept their first price offered on the photos, they'll negotiate down in price.

This is an adventure worth exploring. For most of the activities you do not need to be a swimmer. If you like water and animals this is the adventure for you. The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the activities for those 6 and up. It not just dolphins but sharks, birds, sea lions, and stingrays so your money is well spent
