They really need to improve on checking in process. The entire street is blocked because it is taking 10+ minutes per driver.

the guard shack has a bad manner. the manager being rude to me. i dont like this Distribution at all and i dont wanna come to this stupid place a gain .shuch a bad managment ever seen in my life as trucker .

Been here twice, both times was told to be there at the exact appointment time, once in it was a fast unload. There is parking in the street or the Truck Stop about to miles east of the location.

guardian is rude and unprofessional,he is on the phone watching Netflix ,the yard jokey did his job!I give 2* because of others and -5* for the guard shack,but yeah what you expect...who the heck works as a guardian at 30?

Good prices. Dog E collar for 40 bucks. Works as well as one I paid $140.00 dollars for.

I've been working here for the past 11 months and when everything shut down i definitely thought i was going to be out of a job but the work increased and hasn't slowed down one bit and I'm grateful for that as tiring as it can be it's all worth it when your able to help your family and see what other people are going through so if anybody needs work it doesn't hurt to apply because they always seem to be hiring.

Easy in and out as long as you make your appt!! There is some street parking but if not there is a loves truck stop that is less then a half a mile away! If you want to get food there is a chipotle about a mile away or you can use grub hub to order from local restaurants. If your looking to getting a shower and a workout in there is a planet fitness about a mile north of the DC!

Im arrived today 6/26/19 morning like 3:30am i go in gurad room for chek in and the gurad is totally drunk i give him paperwork he try to find p.o number but he could not find then he asak me where p.o then i told him here p.o number then he entered 3 time he wrote wrong then he told me come back 6:50am because my he told me my appointment 7am but i see in computer my appointment 7am but not 6/26 its showing 6/27. Then he told me go around and come back and park on street when i come back try to get out then he agin come and asak me whre im going then im explain him as you told me come back 6:50am thats whay im going outside i will come back 6:50am then he said oh ok go he is totally drunk totally drunk. I have a question if a truck driver drink then we get our license suspend but other all peoples can drink and doing they are job so nobody asak him. WTF

3 hours to get unloaded so not too bad. Lady in the office needs to find a job she actually enjoys. Clean bathroom.

Off street parking. 2 hr plus unload on weekends. Weekdays usually faster.

This place is horrible I would give zero stars if I could
I came through entrance and there was swift truck parked right on enter gate and no body told him to move
After I enter there was another truck right on the enter gate and those guys at the gaurd were so carelessly watching them parked there and there could have been the worst accident there because the entrance is so tight and I was I 30 min ahead of my appt and I was told to go back and what does that mean
What If I came back 30 min right on my appointment
You guys are busy would I be considered late
The gaurd shack guys are bunch of fat douch bags

Don't come earlier then 20 mins you well to be told to go back besides that everything went smooth for me

Can only be 5min early for your delivery, guards gave me wrong information so I sit an wait til 8:55, can't wait to see how long to unload

Unloading was quick people there was very friendly and helpful

I work for PetSmart warehouse distribution. I've been an employee there for almost 19 yrs. All PetSmart employees work there to meet the pet parents needs!

If you show up early you will have to park on the street and wait until your exact appointment time. They unloaded me super fast, could not unload me any quicker. Wish other places unloaded that fast.

The store is well organised and the staff know what they're talking about and what they're doing

The backing a little tight but Is part of the job , they unloaded pretty quickly....

Nice place, but when they aren't busy they still won't take you in early. Lord forbid they go above and beyond to assist you.

Parking on street. Normally very strict appointments. 15 min before check in with guard if you are live unload.

Fast in fast out.. There is street parking if needed. We were a little late got no hassle because the load was loaded out a day late...

Well organized walmart maybe a half mile north and truck parking on street

Aug, 11, 2020...

My appointment for delivery is tomorrow 6.30 pm. When i picup my load I say to my company I can reached on Aug, 11, 2020 between 4 pm to 6 pm, so change appointment for Aug, 11. Company or broker changed it for me for today at 6.30 PM, with this I can save my 1 day..Today am arrived here on 4.30, and Unporofessional security guard check my paper say say to me my appointment is tomorrow 6.30, and wrote on paper.. I was shocked how possible, who is wrong, when I say check again your system, then he feel soory and say yes u have appointment today its rescheduled but come in 20 min ago. Security guy don't know how difficult for truck driver to spend time in a Truck. Driver had family and life. Need to change security guy who don't know about computer system. Can harreshed to driver, so guys be careful when u arrived here. And arriver 20 min early only. Street parking available. Now 6.45 they are unloading.

This type of security boy makes fools the driver. Be aware

The gentleman at the guard shack was nice and helpful but receiving o.k.
The driver lounge/break room small, old desk cjairs and table and a bathroom. No vending machines nor coffee.

Great Warehouse to work!, small, fast pace, competitive pay, good benefits.

First time to this Petsmart DC. The photo is a little portable hot dog stand. The reason for 2 stars is my load did not come out on time. I got there early for a 7am pickup. Load not ready come back at 11am. Load was not ready till 2pm. Wasn't guard shacks problem but no apologies from the young lady who brought the paperwork. 2 deliveries were okay except you have to walk around to front of stores because no one answers the buzzer from the back. Would rather do Sprouts!

It's just a warehouse and my son works there but they are very good people with the workers so if you like to work at night or day and you are not afraid of work this is the perfect place to work

This place rocks. In and out 30 min. And super friendly people
