WHAT THIS WATER COMPANY IS DOING TO THE CITIZENS OF EASTVALE IS HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give them "zero" stars I would but, that's not an option. Today I called to pay my bill and because I didn't call before 8am and called at 8:30am, they charged me $60.00 or else they would disconnect me even though I called to pay my bill.

Their employees are rude and unsympathetic and they will shut your water off regardless! Their unnecessary deposit fees a just a way to lawfully steal people's money! I've never in my life have dealt with such a heartless and corrupt organization.

The City of Eastvale has to wake up and realize that what Jurupa Water is doing to their citizen's is wrong and unjustified.

I tried to pay my bill with my Pay Pal checking account. I paid online. It accepted my payment and thanked me for paying my bill. 3 days later I got an email saying that the payment couldn't go through because of insufficient funds in the account. There was more than enough money in the account Jurupa Water Co proceeded to charge me a $50 NSF fee. When I called and asked why, they stated they don't take that form of payment even if my employer direct deposits and most other places do. Yet the payment went through online without a warning. They refused to remove the $50 fee as it is their procedure to charge the account for NSF. I explained the money was in there and the system should warn people that they don't take that form of payment as I wouldn't know unless it indicated so. I told them this is a racket to make more money off people. . They could care less that it is Covid and money is tight as I work for a school district and am out of work and unable to claim unemployment because its against district policy to be able to. Literally no compassion at all! So rude and seriously a racket to get extra money off people!!

I waited on hold for 4 hours! Yes, you read that right. I asked for my water to be turned on last week and it is still not on. So after waiting 4 hours... I made it to position 5 and was hung up on. If I could give no stars I would. I guess I have to drive there! WTEFF

I am new and currently living in Eastvale CA and was disgusted by the staff working for Jurupa Water District. I came from city of Walnut and whenever I had any billing issues, Walnut Water District will help me out with very professional attitude. I called Jurupa Water District and asked to speak to customer service rep. in regard to a billing issue. She (CSR) was unwilling and uncooperative to help answering any question and later transferred me to speak to April (another employee). After waiting for 20 mins on the phone, someone answered the call and hung up. Then I called back again and finally spoke to April who I was told she can help to resolve my billing issue. Unfortunately, I came to learn that April was very rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful employee.

My billing problem is not resolved and up in the air. My thought is "am I living in an area where employees have attitudes at Jurupa Water District? It is like a dead end to me and I will make an appeal to Jurupa Community Service District if this employee unprofessionalism problem can be resolved? For now I will have to give " one star " on my review until Jurupa Water District Commission can fix it :-(
