I also find it really weird and sketchy to have to respond BACK to reviews and argue with customers?? Insanity. Just run a reputable business and it should speak for itself.

Management just changed so maybe they ll try to get better. Apartment issues take a while to fix, especially maintenance. Not absolutely terrible, but not good either.
