My wife had lived in this apartment complex since 2016. When we got married we started a lease on 2018 and my experience as well as hers living there was great. I enjoyed the big spacious bedrooms and also the closets. They were always kind and maintenance was there next day to fix whatever was wrong with the apartment. The area, the east end, is wonderful to live in and for their prices I find these just amazing apartments to live in.
Stacy Cole can't even respond to emails. If I didn't do half of my job, I'd get fired.
I also find it really weird and sketchy to have to respond BACK to reviews and argue with customers?? Insanity. Just run a reputable business and it should speak for itself.
I have been working with Stacy Cole (and PDG) for several months now and there simply isn't a harder working person around. She has gone above and beyond at every single turn. Stacy and her crew are the best in business!!!
Great apartment complex on Westport Woods Ln! Affordable for the area and the staff is quick to act when there might be an issue. Highly recommend! Stacey, Brittany, and Jim are great! You will do yourself a service living here.
I find it VERY unprofessional to reply aggressively to customer or potential customer reviews. If I was googling a property management company looking for reviews (which I was) I would find someone else to rent from (which I did). You can definitely rent elsewhere for half the attitude (and where they won't air your dirty laundry on their REVIEW PAGE). I can't imagine being in a customer service industry and finding it appropriate to snap back at customers...I have so much more I could say due to the lack of communication my wife and I have received from them, but it just isn't worth it.
Management just changed so maybe they ll try to get better. Apartment issues take a while to fix, especially maintenance. Not absolutely terrible, but not good either.
I have lived on this property for many years and couldn t imagine residing anywhere else. Thank you Stacy for all you do for our property and tenants. Anytime I ve ever needing anything PDG Realty has been there. Thanks again for all you do!!!!

I have known Stacy and her crew of fantastic maintenance guys since November, and they have exceeded all of my expectations. They are professional, responsive, and care about their residents and their properties. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to prospective tenants as well as to property owners. Having dealt with several other management companies over the past few years, I can report that PDG is definitely one of the good ones.
I just found my new home through PDG and what really made me choose them was their customer service. I adore my new place, but the way Brittany went above and beyond to help me make this my home is what really drew me in. Any time I've had a question, I've always gotten a speedy response back. She took her time to make sure my questions were answered and is always open for communication. I appreciate the time that PDG puts in to make sure each resident feels like their needs are being met.

Good property and i love old Louisville but when you have pistol holding felon that sells drugs out of his apartment makes you want to move out.
Have retained PDG Realty for many years. As and owner/investor, PDG Reality has always gone the extra mile with managing my property investments. I am able to contact them and they always provide attentive service.
If i could rate zero stars i would. Very sketchy "business" applied online and i was told it would take 2 to 3 days for approval process. A week later and still nothing. Good luck trying to get ahold of a live person.the Phone number given just directs you to a automadted system.no replies from Stacy Cole despite my emails/calls. Went to the address and not only was no one there during business hours but the office itself was just a small room with a desk.very sketchy and unprofessional.Don't waste your time or $(application fee)
They lie or thers is 2 different prices for every apartment on Zillow and their own website. Poor customer service skills.
I haven t had any issues with PDG realty. My move-in process was very painless (which is difficult to find) and quick and I ve thus far been pleased with the apartment and have only had small maintenance issues that I feel they would look at if needbe. I was pleased with the cleanliness and loved the up to date floor and extra outlets, laundry unit and space! I love my apartment so much and am very happy to live here! The monthly rent is very affordable and reasonable, which is difficult to find these days. I have recommended PDG to a few friends already and feel pretty confident in knowing if I have any pressing issues, they will be handled. Definitely worth a shot if you re looking to rent soon and need a decent place, with trustworthy landlords. :) I feel very safe here and glad management cares whom they let reside.
Brittany is wonderful and responded very quickly to all of my needs and etc, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Other apartments I looked at were way smaller and even more expensive. I feel fortunate to have found PDG and thankful to have crossed paths with them! There are a lot of crooked people out there.
The lady who showed me the apt I was looking at was amazing (Brittany) She was very prompt and answered every question I had. My new apt is adorable, and I'm IN LOVE with the floors. The price is fair and it is close to everything that you need Definitely recommend PDG and would refer them to future tenants!
