Happy that the costume my son wanted was available. Cashier was friendly however one associate that I asked for assistance had my son and I waiting on the floor for 20mins and never came back to help me. I had to find help elsewhere.

I asked for the delivery to be between 3:00pm and 4:00pm because we had dinner reservations for my mother s 50th birthday at 5:00pm. The delivery came at 4:20pm and was missing the big number...
They ok. Just that they need more coordination within the staffs. I orders 18 items to be delivered worth of $134 and they delivered just 3items worth $26. Called them up and they sent an uber to come deliver the rest without an apology. Customer service is zero, I must say.
