I had a wonderful appointment with the audiology department, specifically E. Ashley Thompson. The hearing test was very easygoing and thorough. Ashley gave clear and understandable instructions with each administered test. Ashley explained the results very well which made the experience well worth my time.
This place needs an overhaul on communications. They have a failure in their system for scheduling appointments. They told my mom a day and time, she wrote it down, they did not not. We drive an hour to get there and we were ghosted. I took 1/2 day off work. No one answering phones or emails. One appointment at MASS Eye and Ear, and everything ran like clock work. DHMC 's treatment of clients is rude and disrespectful of people's time. This is not the first failure with their communication.
Absolutely amazing team of nurses and doctors! I feel lucky to live near here. My emergency room visit turned into a 5 day hospital stay and I felt absolutely safe and well cared for. I will happily be returning here for continued treatment.
Things have gone way downhill. I have to wait 45 minutes just to be able to speak to somebody in the neurology department. I've been waiting 13 days for a PA which normally take 7 to 10 days. If it would be nice if the staff prioritized their patients when they don't have any medication left but I do not feel that way any more. This makes me ask myself how long would it take me to speak to somebody if I was having a seizure? It's really good to feel like your doctor has your back When it comes to your health I don't feel this way right now.
Posting this review from my bed inside the hospital. This is my second time here and coming back was the best decision I could have made to return. Staff has been attentive and the team of specialists behind me have succeeded in turning my luck around and healing me, when other hospitals have told me that transplants would be the only option for survival. Well worth the 2 hour drive for this level of bedside manner, professionalism, expertise and cleanliness. Stay safe and healthy everyone!
I must say it is one of the best hospitals on the east coast. All medical staff is exceptional. Went in for surgery and all my needs were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this facility for all medicals needs! The doctors and nurses are phenomenal as are the students

If you want to feel more like a dollar sign than a human this is the place for you. Extremely rude staff with zero consideration for you as a person. If I got into an accident in front of this hospital I d take my chances and go somewhere else. Zero stars.
Everyone from start to finish was great! If you re ever in an emergency in the area DO NOT hesitate to go here. They will take the best care of you!!
