Happy that the costume my son wanted was available. Cashier was friendly however one associate that I asked for assistance had my son and I waiting on the floor for 20mins and never came back to help me. I had to find help elsewhere.
Always find something for an occasion here , large selection of items.
It had everything even when I didn't expect them to. I definitely recommend coming here, service was great. People were kind and very quick

Haven't been in Party City since my granddaughter was 5 or 6 & has hard time looking for something as simple as a birthday tiara... But a sales rep was kind enough to point me in the right direction I also picked up a black & silver mask to complete my room decor
Worst service. I ordered gender reveal pop balloons. They cancelled the order without notifying in advance. When I complained, staff didn't care, they said I will get refund. Money isn't a problem but If they had informed in advance, i would have arranged something. Additionally i asked them to inflate 6 latex balloons, i was charged $15 (double the amount), when I said you are overcharging, the cashier said it is right amount. I spoke to another staff and she admitted that I was overcharged and refunded half the amount. Never going here again.
Ordered 21 balloons online to be picked up for a party. Put simple instructions on how I wanted them organized as instructed on the site. Arrived to pick them up and despite giving the employee my order # she handed me the completely wrong balloons. She didn t even bother to check the order #. After giving me the correct order she insisted that the number of balloons was correct, but after counting they were a few short. Then come to find that they were out of some of the colors that I requested, and she asked me to go search for them, despite them being out. This place is a bit of a mess and the employees need better training clearly. You re putting balloons together it s not rocket science. Won t be ordering from here again.
I wish I could give zero stars. I placed a delivery order of 16 balloons with the 5 0 gold balloons as well. I asked for the delivery to be between 3:00pm and 4:00pm because we had dinner reservations for my mother s 50th birthday at 5:00pm. The delivery came at 4:20pm and was missing the big number balloons (which was obviously the most important part of the order). I called and was clearly disappointed that my order was not correct. I was told that they could not deliver at first, and after expressing my disappointment I was later told that they would accommodate me and delivery the order. I was called at 6:01pm and told the remainder of the ordered items were on their way. They never showed. So to our surprise, we were left without the most important part of our order. I will never order from them again. Such a waste, save your money.
They ok. Just that they need more coordination within the staffs. I orders 18 items to be delivered worth of $134 and they delivered just 3items worth $26. Called them up and they sent an uber to come deliver the rest without an apology. Customer service is zero, I must say.
