Nothing negative to say... like most things you get out what you put in. Ultimately most health choices and results are up to you and your daily habits. Good value for the small cost, small tips and friendly reminders to help keep focus are good if you need support improving your own health.

Great company! When I was first diagnosed with Diabetes they contacted me and supplied a lot of information and tools to get me on the right track to controlling this disease. We were able to get my A1C down from 8.5 to 5.7 and keep it there.
