Optimar international realty

I am very happy I came across Optimar Realty! Martin Verdi and Debbie Verdi are the best realtors I have ever used. They knew all about Miami very well from the real estate market to where the best schools, neighborhoods and restaurants are! Martin and Debbie made our overall home buying experience great and they work awesome as a team.

Lived in the unit 1004

I would love to give 0 for this company !!
I was taking a shower for 11 months with the bathtub broken
Someone came to fix and the bathtub still broke

When you try to call Claudia and Karina you not going to have no answers
At first Claudia told us that we didn t have the security deposit (trying to stay with our money) then I brought all the proof and spoke with CEO and she went back and said yes we do

me and my wife end up moving because there was so many ROACHES in the apartment

They are the worst realtors I ve ever experienced. It was a hard time to get the deposit back from them. TERRIBLE

Great real estate office. Amazing agents and staff. Recommended.

I have been working with Optimar for 12 years and I think it s one of the best teams in the area, especially our amazing broker Cristina Lopez!

Great company. They really pay attention to what the client wants. They take the time and my realtor had so much patience for me and my wife to make sure that we were satisfied with our home/investment

Nicole from Optimar is our landlord's agent for the condo we are renting. We have bad experiences and difficulties dealing with her as she usually ignores our requests or inquiries on the repairs/maintenances she promised to take care of. She never initiates to solve issues nor shows concerns of the inconveniences the tenants are going through. The walkthrough to get the key for the condo was unprofessional with a lot of problems. Not sure if the real problem is with the landlord or Optimar as there's little communication. But we would not recommend our friends to do business with Optimar based on our experiences.

Great experience! Alicia went above and beyond to get my wife and I into a wonderful new home. She understood our needs, was upfront and honest, and always on time and on top of every detail during the whole leasing process. A+++

This group misguided and lied to me during the entire home buying process. They proved themselves to be greedy and shady.

Avoid at all costs!
