I recently made a purchase from hookahwholesalers.com and I must say I'm very satisfied. The product arrived as described and the quality is top-notch. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was helpful. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again in the future.
Terrible customer service! This is a true definition of a company that does not stand behind their product or service. I ordered a hookah for $300. Received it less than 48 hours ago. It didn t work. It s defective. Customer service thought they were speaking to an amateur, that s never experienced smoking hookah. I informed them that I assembled the hookah, it didn t work, I cleaned it and put it back in its original boxing. They claim, not it s considered used! Are you kidding me? How am I suppose to know if it works, if you don t try it? I simply wanted to return it. They refused the return, as they were convinced that I was doing it wrong. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this organization. They should be retrained on the fundamentals of customer service and doing the right thing.
I've been ordering for many years, and by far the best products over any other site I've found. Products are always in stock. Very friendly staff. I have never had an order messed up
