Terrible customer service! This is a true definition of a company that does not stand behind their product or service. I ordered a hookah for $300. Received it less than 48 hours ago. It didn t work. It s defective. Customer service thought they were speaking to an amateur, that s never experienced smoking hookah. I informed them that I assembled the hookah, it didn t work, I cleaned it and put it back in its original boxing. They claim, not it s considered used! Are you kidding me? How am I suppose to know if it works, if you don t try it? I simply wanted to return it. They refused the return, as they were convinced that I was doing it wrong. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this organization. They should be retrained on the fundamentals of customer service and doing the right thing.
