I took a half day off work for my appointment. They rung to make sure I'd be there. When I made appointment I double checked they knew it was a legal matter and didn't need any more information prior to appointment. I prepared for appointment, read the facts out. The lady then said it's not something I know anything about. Maybe get a briefing before meeting with clients. Instead of empty apologies try being accountable. Poor customer service.
Bloody useless , I could have asked a dead cat to advise me the silly old fool didnt have a clue and when I advised him the best way I thought we should precede he then became disinterested in me and more interested of getting me out the door (I'm guessing he must have been on a promise) . So I say although the CAB is a great organisation it's just the Atherstone one very poor and there volunteers need retraining .
They are very helpful in helping me sort out my disability, and help with my universal credit
Help lighten stress and problems with very friendly professional people who don't judge

I got theost rudest lady on the phone she insulted. My inteligence I have dyslexia and she was so rude I'm in a mind to report her wouldn't co tact them ever again
