Best eco friendly cleaners in town fast, friendly and effeciant service. My clothes creases are razor sharp white shirt snow white and black slacks with no lint. They did there job excellent I can't complain about a thing.

This is the most ridiculous, most awful customer service I ve received since I moved to America 3 years ago. This Drycleaners took my clothes and didn t return on the promised date. I sent 5 emails on 5 different occasions and up to this moment, my emails have been ignored. I called them 3 times to ask for my clothes, still no response. Then I called and left a message for the manager Jo to call me but up till this moment, no message no call. Then I explained and begged and also left multiple voice notes that I needed my clothes because I had a flight to catch for a wedding and I d be needing those clothes as my outfit- yet they didn t show up with my clothes. They continued to ignore. I had to go to Macy s to buy new outfits so I could wear something decent for the wedding.

This is not the first time I ve received such horrible service from them and if you ever need a reliable Drycleaner, Emerald is not the place to go. Other people in my apartment building are also complaining about how their service sucks. So I advice that you avoid them

I've used their pickup/delivery service a few times and always had a great experience! They're on time with their services (always pick up and drop off when they say they will) and are very friendly. The guy who does the pick-ups and drop-offs is awesome and deserves a raise! My clothes always come out clean and nicely folded. Plus, I have two very hairy dogs and my clothes are usually covered in fur but after I send them to Emerald, they're just about as fur-less as they can possibly get! I'll definitely keep using this service.

I've been using emerald for 2 years now and it has been great. Great family run business and on time with their services. Convenient and free pick up/ drop off delivery as well. Gotta love that.

Avoid this place at all costs No pride of workmanship at all Only respond to messages when they think they re going to get money they avoid simple problems or questions Instead of addressing head on Just one big headache no integrity whatsoever

Great prices amazing people wonderful services. I have been using them for the past 2 years now and wish it were longer they are outside the city but come and pick up your stuff. The convenience is great as they are willing to do whatever is easiest for you. I highly recommend them.

Used Emerald Cleaners to have my wedding dress as well as a bridesmaids dress for another wedding. I was extremely happy with the alterations, I also used them to preserve my dress. The service was great and the dress looked great. They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

My building has a partnership with Emerald Cleaners. I sent my wedding dress in to be cleaned, not preserved. It has been FOUR MONTHS and I cannot get an update from the cleaners about my dress. They dont answer emails, return messages left, or answer the phone. When I managed to get someone on the line a few times, they are unable to give me a timeline or update about my dress. I would not trust them with any sentimental pieces of clothing.

UPDATE: I did finally receive my wedding dress back after calling and leaving messages with anyone that would answer the phone. When I revived my dress back it still had sticks, grass and dirt all in the bottom hem. (See photos). I contacted Emerald Cleaners about this and they offered to re-do the dress however, with their history of poor communication and nearly six months of radio silence I refused to give it back. They did refund my money for the service.
