Mocha Amore tastes okay, but Mocha Bianca tastes better.

Always a great experience plus they have valet parking.

The downtown Nordstrom is really fancy. It has the largest variety of goods out of all the Nordstroms in the area.

I just had the best customer service at Nordstrom. Kudos to Joy Kim in mens suites downtown Seattle. Joy's spirit and professional altitude captures everything Nordstrom stands for.

I rode the escalator from the light rail up to the white floored, well-lit organized, buzzing like a beehive with nothing but smiles and electricity running through the whole place. It was a unique feeling for a unique place.

Nordstrom location number one, literally. Even if skincare isn't your thing, check out the first floor. The people there are so welcoming and really make an effort to make a connection. Expect a few samples and some amazing recommendations. I highly recommend Fresh and Kiel's.

Being a big Nordstrom fan I was excited to finally see the flagship store, but left disappointed. The store itself is good, although the layout of the men's section isn't necessarily "user friendly." What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service. During my 30'ish minutes minutes of shopping there I was never greeted or offered assistance once. Really felt the pretentious vibe I normally feel from Neiman Marcus. I was so annoyed by this lack of customer service here that I left the store and ordered what I wanted online.

Had 2 options for men's gloves. 7,872,727 for women's gloves. Standard.

This is their signature flagship store and it definitely shows these days. Exquisite clothes and their high end lines are only expanding. If you like quality and good service, shop here.

Their customer service was great. I took a quick stop before my flight and they were really busy. I did have to wait but the associate was very helpful and friendly.

I am typically a fan of MAC Cosmetics and the artists that work for them. Unfortunately my wedding party and I did not have a great experience at the MAC counter this past weekend. Our makeup did not look professionally done at all, especially my eyebrows which looked like they were drawn on with charcoal.

Additionally, my sister who used to work for MAC asked the young lady to fix my brows with a lighter gel, the artist snapped at my sister in a very rude tone and told her that it would not work, only make them darker.

I will most likely not be back to this particular counter with these artists.

I find that the rack here is always packed and disorganized. I can never find a size over 16, very disappointed.

I messaged the store manager Adrienne about a Wedding dress I wanted. My dream wedding dress. Kelsey and Adrienne were phenomenal in helping me locate it, and within an hour or two, I bought it. I am SO thankful and elated to have my dream wedding gown for my elopement this September 12th. Customer service here is incredible and I will ALWAYS recommend any bride to shop here. Thanks to Adrienne and Kelsey! Nordstrom s is lucky to have you as employees!

This place always hooks me up! I don't shop here unless I'm serious and when I do I'm never let down. I came here two weeks ago for a bridesmaid dress. Found one on sale. 65 dollars total including alterations. AWESOME. The people that helped me were great and one woman remembered me when I came back to pick up the dress which was nice. Thanks Nordstrom! L

I was very unhappy with the durability. 4 of 7 slacks ripped within a year. I wear them 5 days a week. The tailoring was not done well and they skipped on some steps. When I tried to return them the manager didn't make any gesture to make it right.

Ordered a backpack on sale and got shoes. Backpack now out of stock, customer service didn't do anything to make that right. Not gonna buy from them again.

The cafe! Cold brew with a twist of orange. Woah. And the staff in the store, beyond kind! So helpful!

Hidden gem in downtown Seattle is the Nordstrom Grill. Great food for a reasonable price and great staff at the bar.

Love the clothing and the service. They seem to know what you want when you explain it to them and have a broad selection. I havent tried the make up counters yet but I reccomend browsing them you will find a plethora of products, vendors such as m.a.c along with new ones. Some times the bathrooms get a bit grody at midday but thats to be expected but the areas meant for sitting lack attention and have been dirty since I started going to Nordstrom which is about 2 months. What makes it worse is that it is not new stains but the very same ones.

Great stuff all brand are sold here any brand you can think of from Prada, Gucci name them all under one roof

In light of the rants of our Prez, I propose we all stop by a Nordstrom store and purchase a pair of socks and SOCK it to DT! (Please tell your salesperson why you're buying the socks)

Good decor on bathroom. Nice toilet paper, so it's clear they know the clientele expectations. Strong gray color scheme, chipped with wear around the edges. Women's bathroom reported toilet paper on floor. Tut tut.

Waay to pricy for clothing but the rack version isnt bad...

The store is nice has a lot of things to chose from but the prices are extremely high so I'd rather shop at ross

On this particular visit I was suit shoppng, and the sales staff and tailors were incredible. It was a pleasure to shop with, and speak with the staff.

Excellent Service. Found Hugo Boss belt that I was looking for. Gentleman named Tim was very helpful and friendly. Belt was on sale too!

I always get a nice, upscale experience at this Nordstrom. Whether I'm stopping for a new suit or blazer, or trying on canvas shoes, the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. While the store is definitely not for people who don't enjoy shopping, for those of us who enjoy a good browse, this place is beautifully curated heaven.

If you want to go to the most awesome Nordstrom ever, this is the place! I have been to a few in different states including the one in downtown San Francisco. Also the high end stuff is here as well as a good amount of inventory and sizes. Staff is very and helpful. I went in for a NYE dress, and walked out with that and dresses and skirts for work.

Generally service here is superb, with expansive choices in all departments.

There's just something about shopping at the Nordstom's flagship store that makes you happy.

I always try to take time to go shopping when we are in Seattle and I always go to this Nordies.

It's not different really than most Nordstrom's but it's just fun to shop there. For me it's great because they clothes are slightly different given the difference in climate.

I got a really cute grey sparkly sweater here when I was interviewing at Amazon.

My favorite place to shop in Seattle. Classic downtown setting with shoeshines, a cafe, and weekend piano players. Nordstrom is known for their customer service, and I haven't seen many places get it so right. I'll keep buying my office clothing here.

Nordstrom knows what they are doing. I always get good service there and feel good about my experience.

It was a great experience other than having an employee in the shoe department be very pushy over some golden goose sneakers. I was already buying 300+ worth in shoes and I felt very uncomfortable with how quickly she was taking everything to the register, not really giving me time to decide what I really wanted, and overall seeming very disappointed when I decided to wait on spending $540 on sneakers. I understand commission would've been quite nice for her but she made me very, very uncomfortable.

The folks in Men's Clothing really know their stuff.

This place is terrible. Don't shop here you will be EXTREMELY disappointed. And you will be ripped off and treated without courtesy. I purchased a pair of shoes for $90 on Friday. I specifically asked the clerk about the return policy; he told me as long as there was no "noticeable wear" and I had my receipt, I had 30 days to return merchandise. I took them back Sunday because, after less than a day of wear, I realized they did not fit comfortably and I wanted a different size. The clerk I got Sunday changed the story on the return policy and refused to even let me exchange for the same pair of shoes. This is terrible customer service from a company as large as Nordstrom's and I AM NEVER SHOPPING AT NORDSTROM'S OR AT THE NORDSTROM RACK EVER AGAIN! Buyer beware, they will take your money and provide you little if any service. Go to Macy's or DSW or American Apparel or H&M or anywhere really. Steer clear of this dunghole.

This was a very disappointing experience with Nordstrom. I ve been shopping at Nordstrom for years and was excited to see how the flagship holds up to the Nordstrom customer service standards.

The salesperson who helped me did not know what he was doing. He had to restart the transaction multiple times and turned his back on another customer who came up and didn t acknowledge them. Unfortunately the size of pants I was looking for was out of stock at the DT Seattle store, so the salesperson ordered it for me, but even after trying multiple times, he ordered the wrong size.

I called to try to have it corrected and was told that nothing can be done. I was told I have to wait until it arrives and then return and reorder it, which is a massive waste of time. I asked to have one shipped in from the Bellevue store so we can speed up the exchange and was told that Bellevue was refusing transfers. This is so frustrating, especially if Bellevue is refusing transfers just to keep the sales at their store.

Now I will have to wait, then pick up the incorrect pants being shipped to DT Seattle, then drive to Bellevue and hopefully they have the right size, and THEN still wait to have them hemmed.

I know Nordstrom holds themselves to a higher standard than this.

Hi end and high quality rare goods that you can only find is large cities. However, not affordable to most. Access to neaeby parking lots, nice shopping, Space needle and Pike place if you can walk a bit longer.

Always a lot to choose from at this flagship store in the old Frederick & Nelson building. A remodel has freshenened up the look, and the cafe provides a nice break from shopping.

Great assistance. I love Nordstrom's generous return policy. If I am purchasing a expensive apparel that I am not sure if I will like it, I go to Nordstrom for purchase because I know they will take it back if I change my mind later.

Can t even used the men s restroom for 2 minutes without being harassed, they constantly monitored the restroom.

My fix for quality brands at discount. You may have have dig deep on perseverance because it literally is a rack and utilises the retail space to the max. But you are likely to find great deals here are likely to keep coming back.
