This was a very disappointing experience with Nordstrom. I ve been shopping at Nordstrom for years and was excited to see how the flagship holds up to the Nordstrom customer service standards.
The salesperson who helped me did not know what he was doing. He had to restart the transaction multiple times and turned his back on another customer who came up and didn t acknowledge them. Unfortunately the size of pants I was looking for was out of stock at the DT Seattle store, so the salesperson ordered it for me, but even after trying multiple times, he ordered the wrong size.
I called to try to have it corrected and was told that nothing can be done. I was told I have to wait until it arrives and then return and reorder it, which is a massive waste of time. I asked to have one shipped in from the Bellevue store so we can speed up the exchange and was told that Bellevue was refusing transfers. This is so frustrating, especially if Bellevue is refusing transfers just to keep the sales at their store.
Now I will have to wait, then pick up the incorrect pants being shipped to DT Seattle, then drive to Bellevue and hopefully they have the right size, and THEN still wait to have them hemmed.
I know Nordstrom holds themselves to a higher standard than this.
