I worked with Nooklyn's Joel Widman to find an apartment and highly recommend him for those searching for their next place. Joel is incredibly responsive and was able to answer all of my questions (especially for the application process!) Whenever I was interested in an apartment, he offered to go take a video for me to see beforehand. He worked with my flexible timeline and consistently stayed in touch as new apartments came to market. His help made the apartment hunt a breeze, which is not always a given. Altogether Joel is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I was looking for an apartment in Brooklyn and came across a great deal in my neighborhood. I contacted Gift from Nooklyn about it and she was able to set up a viewing that day. She was very helpful and informative, and when I decided to put in an offer, she worked with me to complete all the forms as efficiently as possible. I was able to get my application approved the next morning, and I signed the lease the following day. Gift answered any questions that came up throughout the application phase and really made the whole process as seamless as possible. If you're looking to rent in Brooklyn, I would highly recommend working with Gift!

100% would recommend Suzanne, Tia and Hugo at Nooklyn. I was matched with Suzanne who took me to see some initial apartments- she was warm, prompt, helpful and listened to what I was looking for. She worked with a team so she handed me over to Hugo and Tia based on my needs and timetable on finding a place- they were AMAZING. Hugo took me to see 6 apartments based on what I was looking for and was so genuine and honest I didn't feel hustled, and I felt I could trust him. I found an apartment I loved and he still didn't push me to decide anything. Then I worked with Tia via email (52 emails to be exact) and she helped me with every single question, detail and issue promptly and with so much professionalism. Working with the management company and landlord Hugo even came with me to make sure everything was right. I truly felt like Suzanne, Tia and Hugo were working FOR me 100%. I'm so happy with how it worked out for me and I would recommend the 3 of them to anyone looking to find a great apartment. They were all so knowledgable and helpful, and I do not find apartment hunting fun in the slightest. Thank you all!

Company literally never reached out after WEEKS of trying to get in contact. Really seems as if the realtors don t want to make any money passing up people who are more than ready to move. big dub

Literally nobody ever contacts you back and all the listings on their website are outdated by months. Completely unprofessional , how could you trust them when they don t update their listings for months? Thanks for wasting my time.
