Great place to work, great place to grow. Managers are so supportive. Very nice work place. I had a wonderful experience working with NLB.

On June month 2021, I had recived call from HR Kamala Singh from NLB services for WFM senior Associative position in NTT DATA Company. I had attended all the rounds and cleared it. On June 29th HR Kamal called me told you have been selected in NTT DATA Company for WFM senior Associative position and an email was also sent to me and dropped reliving letter in current organization and started documentation process and BGV Process. Everything is okay from my side she said. After that 15 days time passed and haven't received any response and they haven't released offer letter. One Day HR KAMALA SINGH messaged me in what's app stating that take back your resignation from your current organization. I had asked why, she replied lame reason and she mentioned in future we will call for this if project is allocated. They had wasted almost my 45 days time and they have cheated by saying selected in NTT DATA , they have collected all my documents. I'm suggesting people don't attend any interviews which will be scheduled by NLB Service . One of worst and cheating Company I had every seen. I was suppose to give 0 rating as there is no option I had given 1 star.

This employee of your company does even have the etiquette of talking to others I just needed the information on how could I go to other country for a job but she on other hand instead of explaining me calmly texted me in a very rude way that I just handle hiring and other things even though she only mentioned that I need to get h1-b visa and now say that I don't know anything what kind of person even she is ridiculous

After selection in interview with client NTT Data and completion of joining formalities no communication from company and no offer letter sent.I tried to contact Himanshi Gaba, Sapna Singh recruiters number of times via mobile as well as by email but i did get any response from them just waste of time and money

I joined nlb as a contractor & have been worked for the client NTT Data Services more than a 1 year, post resignation they did not enchashed paid leaves, actually they didn't include leaves itself.

Could you pls check my leave balance nd hoping will encashed that amount.

manas has taken interview and honestly it was the worst interview of my life. he was not at all professional and spoke to me in a rude way throughout and when he asked me questions, he didn't give me time to answer, as i was answering, he was like "ok next question is". is this the way to talk to a candidate? and always told me that he's 70 yrs old and has a lot of exp and all...

With a very heavy heart, I would like to say that your company is highly unprofessional and non employee centric. I was suffering from severe health issues that effected my performance, so they chucked me out. And during this condition, they were asking me to write an email to the manager. Now you can imagine, how insensitive they are on a ground level. I was harrased over the call by saying I have behaviour issue if I ask or say something. They never conducted the induction properly and never reached out to me on time if I needed the answers. Management is highly pathetic and unprofessional. I will file a legal case against the company for chucking me out due to bad health.

Received a call for an interview this month on short notice and I've attended the interview on the same day for the client Publicis Sapient. The interviewer was a westerner or American who took the interview. It was going well and I had hope of getting the offer. The very next day I received a call from NLB HR Neha Yadav conveying to me that the interview result was positive and asked me to send my certificates and IDs as soft copies. When I asked for the offer letter, she told me that they need to send the details to the concerned team to release the offer. I have sent all the requested documents. On the third day, I received a call from Neha Yadav again saying that the Sapient project is on hold and I'll try to find another project for you and disconnected the call. Seriously? Is this the way to treat a candidate? I don't know what will happen using my documents. I'm another disappointed victim. For NLB services, this is just another day for their criminal activity.

I currently work here and if you are someone who loves to challange your strengths and at the same time get the feeling that you are working with family, this is the place to be.
