The Spa is still amazing as always but a lot busier. The restaurant has got much larger, the menu is limited and more expensive and the service is now very poor. So sad to see a beautiful place like this go down in quality. Obviously trying to cater to the masses but not providing the excellent service that it used to have.

Lovely, relaxing spa. 2 large swimming pools, a huge jacuzzi pool with lots of different jets. Heated mosaic beds to lay on in a Grecian room with candles and muted lighting. A very big sauna and steam room to seat at least a dozen people. The people of Wokingham are spoilt with this spa on our doorstep.

I spoke to a lovely lady that goes by the name on Emma. I would just like to take a moment to say how helpful she has been and how she had handle my reservations with a professional manner. I wanted to make a booking for my wife for her birthday and Emma had given me all the best options and packages to go for in order for her to feel comfortable and enjoy a good time. Once again thank you Emma for your great customer service.

Excellent, relaxing day at this spa. Can't compare with others as first experience of a spa, other than spa facilities in hotels. Lots of different areas to try. I particularly liked the surf pool with powerful water jets and the area where you can pit your wits and strength swimming against a current. Lots of areas to relax including outside with mini jacuzzis. Choice of food was good especially the salad bar. Would like to go again.

This was my second time to the spa and it's a great venue for me to catch up with my friends. There are so many different areas to relax and unwind in. I don't relax usually but even I nearly dozed off in the tranquil room with hot stone loungers. The new pool has opened and although it is lovely I think the bottom glass should be frosted to give the illusion of greenery and peace and not having a view of the car park! The cost is high and not justifiable for a few hours unless you have loads of available funds, but as I have an hour journey to get here I make use of the day and leave feeling I got value for money.
I'd go about twice a year as there are other places to relax and enjoy.

i feel like ive been ripped off! I saved up to take my girlfriend to this spa for her 18th Birthday. It was only the spa access no treatments were arranged but due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to attend. I telephoned the manager out of courtesy but was surprised and shocked when they said your money is lost and offered no alternative option solution to my situation. That s nearly 100 pounds down the drain and I will certainly never recommend a friend or even my worst enemy to go to this establishment. My mistake but I thought a service based business would want to develop a positive and long term relationship rather than seeking a short term financials gain with its customers.

A place you simply must go to! The venue is a relaxing haven to chill, eat, drink, rest, read or whatever takes your fancy. The treatments are brilliant and staff are more than helpful. Been a member for a little over a year now and wouldn t give it up for the world!

Nirvana spa has fab facilities. The spa is clean and all staff members were really professional. The food had a great selection including veggie and gluten free options. The floatation treatment is an experience very worth trying. Treatment wise ... room for improvement, being a beauty Therapy lecturer I m very hard to please lol my therapist was very professional but the pressure could have been firmer (I requested firm) and no use of hot towels on the feet or smelling of oils. However my mum and sister really enjoyed their facials and said the products smelt great. The spa was particularly busy (perhaps as we went on a bank holiday) so would recommend a weekday visit for a more relaxing experience. Overall worth visiting the spa for a day of zen x

Impressed with the pools and facilities. Not so impressed with the food service. We were waiting an hour for our simple shared meal to arrive which consisted of a few cocktail sausages, pickles, pate and two chicken skewers. Other people had arrived, got their food and had finished in the space of time we were waiting. Further more we complained after about 30 mins and the waitress informed us that it would only be another 5 mins. We were going to order a dessert afterwards but due to the length of time having to wait, we decided not to. A lot of our time wasted when we wanted to get back to swimming before we had to leave at 10pm
