I have used many, many products from
Neutron . I own a childcare in MI. For over 15 years I have used Discover disinfecting spray to minimize the spread of various viruses and germs including Influenza B. I use Germicidal Giant foaming disinfecting, spray cleaner on countertop and sinks and other high traffic surfaces(Fantastic!)Also use scrubender to remove lime, soap scum buildup and remove rust .A wonderful surprise was when my rep. introduced me to Demolish. An enzymatic solution that cleans and destroys any organic material such as grass stains, mildew towels or dish cloths or add to the whole load of laundry, removes blood with a splash, and many bad odors from ,for instance cats.
And last but not least the ever popular auto-dispensers that have sooo many varieties to choose from and automatically puff out a nice scent approximately every 15 mins. I love Neutron. It is a bit pricey but great product great service, honest company.

These people have the most aggressive business-to-business telemarketing team of any company I've ever encountered. They keep harassing our staff and WILL NOT remove us from their call list despite our repeated requests. Given their DISHONEST business practices, I recommend avoiding them whenever possible.

Just had a call from this place today to our business. I answered the call and had a very uncomfortable experience with a man named Alex on the phone. I'm shocked to find out he is cold calling with that attitude. He would not tell me what Neutron Industries did or service they provided even though I asked kindly. All I was trying to do is complete my note to forward to the person he asked for. I did my research and found this company on the net within 10 seconds and decided to share what just happened this A.M. Thanks a lot to this rude employee of yours. Have a wonderful day.

VERY! VERY !pushy, and the sales rep(SHEILA) wants to argue and pretty much call me a liar because we have found a local company to us that can match or better the product, ABSOLUTLY beat there prices .Good Riddance to bad rubbish.

This is a great place to work. Everyone here is supportive and friendly-they really try to make it a great environment that everyone can exceed in. The turnover rate is really high, but if you can learn to deal with the customers and how to make sales, it's a fantastic company. Managers work hard to make sure you have everything you need to succeed, and trainers work hard with everyone to try and make them successful.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I was practically stalked by a sales woman who called and insisted on shipping me samples. Now, I am currently in a lawsuit over an invoice which wants me to pay for these samples. It has been a total waste of my time and appears to be a scam or poor management.

The products I have received from this company I have been very pleased with their performance. In my opinion they are excellent products. Mr. Emmitt is a very professional representive I enjoy doing business with this company through him. He is courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products he sell.

They tell you the first shipment of products are free and then send you a bill. Don't fall for it. Just a big hassle.

Received an email from someone at this company (we've never spoken to them) saying they were going to send us free product. Cut to six months later getting a collections threat due to an unpaid invoice. This is ILLEGAL. From the FTC: What do you do when you receive merchandise that you didn t order? According to the Federal Trade Commission, you don t have to pay for it. Federal laws prohibit mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment.

Here are some questions and answers about dealing with unordered merchandise.

Q. Am I obligated to return or pay for merchandise I never ordered?
A. No. If you receive merchandise that you didn t order, you have a legal right to keep it as a free gift.

Q. Must I notify the seller if I keep unordered merchandise without paying for it?
A. Although you have no legal obligation to notify the seller, you may write the seller and offer to return the merchadise, provided the seller pays for shipping and handling.

Q. Is there any merchandise that may be sent legally without my consent?
A. Yes. You may receive samples that are clearly marked free, and merchandise from charitable organizations asking for contributions. You may keep such shipments as free gifts.

We have been pestered daily by this company, over a product that literally gave the women in our office a headache, they sent samples and charged us for them and now we have received a letter from an attorney.

This business is a waste of time and money, they only have one good product and the rest suck! They wont take the products back like they say they will! They say that they sent us a return label 5 times via email, but the lady on the phone said it would be via mail. They never sent anything, but me to collection. CW over there is a real piece of work and not in a good way! I will cuss at you if I like you still are not my daddy!
