In a hurry and without being able to organize myself I welcome them so that he can start charging. And here we are clearly dealing with people who are only there to load boxes without even thinking. I did not even have the right to 5min to organize my things. Consequences: the household products I needed, on board .. the transport cage for my cat, on board. I had to go buy urgently. Will I be reimbursed? Not sure.

Arrived from the truck the next day at the agreed time. They unload. But again they don't even know what they're unloading. And when I realize that I am missing the brushcutter handle, my word is questioned, not even made the effort to go around what they had unloaded to look, even supporting me that they did not had not seen a handle when loading. Where was he ? Placed on the high letterbox that you can't see if you don't look up. Again, it discharges and it does not reflect.

But it doesn't stop there. Because as I move in I notice that I am missing the feet of my bed. No matter how much I searched the boxes ... nothing. Bed disassembled by them I specify. So in the end I have a box spring that thrones, completely unusable for lack of feet.

If this is the quality of service, I absolutely do not recommend this company to you and I believe that the expression "we are never better served than by ourselves" will still be relevant for a long time.

After an object has disappeared for 100 euros, refusal to take charge because it only insures broken things, basically if you have your truck steered on a highway area it's lost! If you need anything, ask a muterloger (not always honest or friendly) they have not even been ruined in 1 month to prepare my move properly .. and moreover unable to find me accommodation as in my desired criteria .... j I had to do my move myself (boxes and vehicle rental).
And the icing on the cake the accommodation they found for me at the last minute is a villainous landlord!

Not enough staff on the day of the move, and the company has been dead since we reported, by e-mail and registered mail, that our sofa had been irreparably damaged during transport. Society to flee for good.

To flee absolutely! The sales department is incredibly efficient but these are just words ... At the slightest misunderstanding, they will not hesitate to pass you off as liars to your employer. Add to that the fact that you don't hesitate to hang up on you ... For having been in contact with other moving companies, don't be fooled. They claim to be a transfer specialist, but their moving services are nothing more than the other service providers, except for a sales cleat!

It was called to mutate to live during an international move. The salesman who seemed to be reactive in his planning did not take into account the workers. The furniture hoist was not ordered in time and the workers had to remove furniture and cartons to the strength of their arms.
In addition, we unloaded the unloading at 9am and arrived at 17h (without warning us!). The workers arrived tired of their trip and by contract they had to assemble the furniture. The schedule did not take into account the workers' quota of hours. It is sad and painful to see with what slight change housing does not respect the rights of its workers.

Very very disappointed because the movers arrived several hours late and instead of leaving in the morning because I had several hours of road I had to make the way at night with my daughter just a few me. In addition I found the price very expensive considering the proposed services (so-called fragile packaging) ... I strongly recommend.

As part of a professional move in March 19, my employer called on this move organizer. They have mandated the mover JP Fargues. Unfortunately there were only problems: date changed at the last minute, truck broke down so no delivery on the scheduled date, no info on storing things during all this time but they were moved, delivery fixed at 2 p.m. but at 8 a.m. on D-day I am told that the truck arrives in 30mns and in the end wait more than 1 hour and a half, because the business in the truck arrived was not good then a break supposedly required ( time / kilometer) of 30mins and movers for the unpleasant delivery and at the limit of leaving everything in plan, missing cases and in the same kind I found a plaid not belonging to me ... And from MUTER ACCOMMODATION, I find that there was a lack of listening and understanding of the correspondent. In short I would prefer to make the move myself in the future rather than having to go through MUTER LOGER given this experience!
